In Interval scaled, only addition and subtraction are defined
In ration scaled addition, subtraction, multiplication and division are defined

Nice video, good explanation
I think it need one correction as per my understanding.
Example of Interval scaled is Temperature in degree Celcius or Farenhite (because here addition and subtraction are possible but multiblication and division is not possible. We can't say 40 C is twice of 20 C)
Example of Ratio scaled is Temperature in Kelvin (because we can do multiply and division operation also, We can say that 40K is twice of 20K )

Your lectures are good, but in this video, you said that the ratio scale allow only addition and subtraction (negative addition) AND NOT ALLOW division or multiplication. Whereas a matter of fact is, the ratio scale allows all kind of operations...
Nominal: allows '=' or '!='
Ordinal: allows '=' , '!=' , '' , '='
interval: allows '=' , '!=' , '' , '=' , '+' , '-'
ratio: allows '=' , '!=' , '' , '=' , '+' , '-' , '*' , '/'
