First of all Enzo is from Argentina 🇦🇷 they are latin fighters.Look at Maradona Messi.Oh btw Enzo won 🏆 yes he was playing through pain not 💯 but I’m glad he had his surgery hopefully 🤞 one day Chelsea supporters are going to back up their players because we are not on the Pitch .We are an amazing club but the little things like the pitch ownership the politics involved we can’t compete with the big boys.I hope some day they sort out this and build a bigger stadium

I believe managers can build style and principles when there is the core of the team. In Chelsea, there is no core, no leadership, and no experience. So, in the first place, Pochetino should teach players how to be a team, not individuals. And he needed to do it on his own. He has no Terry or Drogba to help him. I still think he did a good job in the circumstances he is in.
UEFA and PL rules are a little bit different. As I understand, in Europa, they will not accept money coming in from hotel and land selling. This is why Ornstein saying the club needs to sell players to balance books for next season. We balanced this season books with hotels and traini g ground.

Granted that Cobham is a nice place but its not really irreplaceable. There's plenty of farmland just outside of M25 that can be turned into a new training centre for less than what Disasi cost us.
Some of it in areas even nicer than Cobham.

Are you going to convince farmer to sell this land to Chelse or you just talking nonsense? Do you know that every foot of land in UK has owner and to build something somewhere, you need to buy or make owner good offer so he will consider to sell. Coments like yours make me think that people don't understand simple rules of the life.

Suck it up bro. Poch ain’t getting sacked. The man has done a good job given the number of injuries and players out, and the directors see that. So they won’t sack him. Period

As for Pochetino... the guy asked for player's who could understand him and visa versa! However, constantly allowing the players a day off instead of Training, what one couldn't understand. You'd imagine, the Team to train harder to perfect the move which leads to the win!!
Still, Chelsea is a Blue thing, I areas are being bought by Blue Co do, Happy Day's!!

Contradicting yourself a bit.. How can you build principles if you don't have the main squad to build around?
The directors may have a vision, they acquire players based on that vision but if those players aren't available then the coach needs to adapt and find solutions and ways to translate that vision whilst also reacting to a demanding fan base that's not settling for anything. It's a impossible job and he's performed to the best of his abilities.. Has he had off days? Yes. Have the players showed their immaturity? Yes but the bigger picture is positive. I wish we didn't drop points against Sheffield and Burnley but it was the wake up call the kids needed

In my opinion... this guys are very smart business owners and nor do i think their intentions are bad regardless the name business... all they doing am guessing is flipping a coin and throwing it back when the time is right but this have to mean we succeed as an entity if not then we wait and see!!!!! our owners are like cheers players you never know from which direction the horse is jumping too

Is it in your opinion, or do you know when Chelsea FC Holdings Limited selling assets to BlueCo 22 Limited there should be around 20% taxes paid to HMRC. You can take your calculator and count how much will be 20% out of £70m worth hotels. You say coin flipping. Would you flip your coin if you lose % every time you flip? No, you wouldn't. Owners have some plan for all this and we will be shocked when this plan will be reviled.

LOL seeing your brain throw an error message as your were trying to come up with some logic as to how Cobham could somehow be used for a different money making endeavor by the sinister owners… Ya sorry man, the logic you tried to find there wasn’t working out how you might have hoped.
The only folks that should be mad at this are opposing teams when they realize they didn’t utilize this method before the loophole is closed this summer. Because it’s essentially an equity loan or line of credit they are receiving, the only difference is, they are also the bank. And it would be paid back as the value of the club increases. It wouldn’t be necessary if not for antiquated PSR rules.
I am a little tired of people continuing to try to rationalize any moves made with their clear biased opinions regarding the motivations of these owners even though we have very little history to justify such skepticism. Although it feels like a long time ago - we are only in their 2nd season!!
People keep repeating “pure profit” of our academy players as their motivation. As if billionaires care about the 28 million profit made on Lewis Hall. As you said, they will most likely look to sell one day. It’s not guaranteed as Chelsea could be considered a very high end brand to have in the portfolio of a fund that wants to be considered the same. But, the real money they will make is when they sell Chelsea for BILLIONS more than what they purchased it for. Many people already thought they were able to acquire Chelsea at good value due to the circumstances of the sale.. so again, everyone needs to think bigger than just player sales or a training facility when looking at their motivation. They need the brand of Chelsea to be up there with the other monster clubs.
I’ll make a prediction; when the 10 years is up, lookout for the next TV deals that the league starts to negotiate - when the crazy money starts being rumored from that scenario, I wouldn’t be surprised if the talk of a sale starts to circulate. Chelsea was purchased for like 2 billion LESS than the LEAST valuable NFL franchise! Bigger TV’s deals are coming. The Premier League is becoming more and more popular in America every season. Football or soccer as it’s called over here will take over baseball’s position as the number 3 sport in our country within like 5 years. Sport is king here, and it’s why the likes of companies such as Apple are now investing so heavily in it.
    You need to think bigger.
