I dont at all follow gt racing but my god this game is awesome it’s taking all my seat time from Iracing . Thanks aris as always this is great content. People who aren’t watching you are missing out on lap time
Perfect timing. I thought I had a bang on setup and tyres for mount panorama only to realise my shifting was terrible when I increased AI skill closer to where I am (still running 2-3 seconds faster than them) and could not keep up on the way up the hill. Now I know, look at motec
thanks Aris 4 all your video. i learned lot of things that i could not imagine about simulator., its a plasure watch all your videos and very compliments 4 ACC, super! and i know now the reasons why....
Thanks a lot to you a kind man. Your's video super usefull, I hope I can understand all these things some time later and will be professional as you :) Thanks one more time
Simracing popometer has videos about it. Aris i think said in one stream to also watch his videos if you really want to deeply go into motec. Edit: he changed his name its now called Nils Naujolsk Simracing
@Aris.Drives what about the rake influence on GLong? Maybe the Bentley is not prone to height variations with speed, so your analysis is complete in this case, but I guess it would be nice to consider it when interpreting the behavior of a Porsche, lets say. Where do I find the rake variations on Motec?
I read somewhere that for acceleration in cars, F in F=M.A formula is the wheel torque and that cars acceleration depends on the wheel torque. Is that true?
There are no stupid questions. BOP stands for Balance Of Performance. Each car gets a specific amount of ballast (extra weight), restrictors on the engine intake and turbo boost maps in order to balance out the performance and make it as close as possible to each other. There are different BOPs for different circuits, named BOP A,B,C etc. With the latest update you can also check circuit BOP at the top of the UI when you enter a track (aside of the ACC logo).
@@ArisDrives Thank you very much for such a detailed description! PS. You are doing great job with your movies, tutorials etc :) Looking forward for more content
Aris is the MVP in the ACC community for us noobs
some thoughts while driving gt4 audi brings me here and Aris - big thanx as always! )
Omg, my time is way better after watching this video. THANKS A LOT!
The more of your videos I watch the better ACC becomes. The depth of this design is staggering.
Thank you very much.

Very clear thanks, I thought MoTeC might be too deep for me but I'm interested in it now to help to get faster.
Another perfect lesson from Aris!
I think you need to do a pull in every gear from 0 rpm to redline, then overlay the force graphs and see what rpm and g force amount they cross
Loving your videos, thanks for helping us improve
thanks Aris, very usefull as usual :)
Great stuff as always Aris.

Hi Aris, is it possible to have a class on how to read Motec?

thank you very much aris : ) thats what i wanted to know for soooo long

Notice aswel that the rev counter on the bottom right changes from white to orange at 7000rpm. Does it do this for optimum revs in other cars?
Thank you ..
Good stuff. Will try this. Also, what HDR exposure and contrast do you use? Mines at .7 and .75 but yours look way better lol.
Great content, as usual. But not really useful for those on Xbox, right?

whaat are you saying sound doesnt equal fast ??!?!
OK, maybe stupid question, but what is BOP?

How do you change the dashboard display?
Take a look at your control bindings. You can map controls to cycle the dash display.
@@WallyMast ty, Ill have a look
What is the tl;dr here ?:)
Telemetry will ever be available on console?
