I have a similar story:
I used to stay in a rented apartment once, the owner had a dog that bonded pretty well with me and he mainly used to stay in my room. He used to follow anywhere I go except one room, no matter how much I would try to bring him. He used to just stare from outside. I also remember having a feeling of being watched at night, it gave me paranoia.
So, I asked the owner about it, and what he said disturbed me to this day, he said that his brother had died in that room of unknown causes.
I then immediately moved out the next day.

The third dog , Alfie, is truly seeing something. It retreats after "huffing" and starts barking loudly while retreating. These are signs of escalating fright.
Of course its scared. Don't you hear all the voices in that video? On the big tan dog (Butch) in the hallway, the spirits were talking to each other the entire time. Apparently, one of the spirits had stinky fungus feet. I'm not even kidding. The dog was reacting to the smell. Hilarious.

My dog Mr. TIDDIES, started barking at a certain place in the wall every night around the same time. Then one night Mr. TIDDIES went into a fervor and wouldn't stop no matter how many commands I gave. Something about the worried look in his eyes drew me over to the wall. I touched it and the wall burnt my hand. Mr. TIDDIES had detected an electrical fire in the wall. He saved us all! 💓💓💓

I was sleeping over at my friend's house, and we decided to sleep on the basement. His dog spent the night down with us as well. We watched stuff and played games for quite a while until around 1 in the morning when we decided to finally go to bed. We were just getting under the sleeping bags when the dog woke up and started growling and staring at something we couldn't see. He moved his gaze as if whatever he was looking at was moving. We shrugged it off thinking it was probably a squirrel or raccoon outside. Then, we woke up around 3 to the dog staring and growling at a door to the laundry room. The dog looked as if he were defending us, and to our horror, the door slowly swung open. My friend got up and closed it, and we calmed the dog down. We somehow went back to sleep and woke up in the morning to the dog once again barking at the same door. The weirdest thing is that that door, when closed all the way (the way it was before we went to bed), is super hard to open. You have to yank at it to burst it open. But in the middle of the night, it just opened effortlessly

If you notice at least 3 of those dogs moved back a few times in reaction to something moving toward them. So apparently at least in Zoey's it clearly wasn't the shadow of the table center piece. Advice? Listen to your dog. There is more to this world than human eyes can see.
While I mostly agree as I am a believer in the paranormal sometimes dogs especially pups are like that. And I'm not talking about the video more in general
We had a dog that would bark and act like some of the dogs in the video because of some loose fabric from a carpet

So yeah while I believe dogs can sense things we can't sometimes... They're just dogs and can be triggered by ordinary things they just don't know

On the other hand we have several helpful House spirits, which she never barks at, just wags her tail. There was a evil entity hanging about for a while. When that thing was around, she always tried to protect me by putting herself between me and the entity and barking her head off.
I agree. We don’t truly know a single thing about this world. We can only see what’s on the surface, but I get the feeling there’s more than what we know. This universe is very mysterious.

Because dogs, especially when young pups, can easily scare from a shadow, or a box you place in the center of the room. Foreign objects, especially that they weren't previously there, can really sketch out dogs & cats. So whatever the percent difference that is, i don't know, but its gotta be close: 54 to 46?? 46% of the time being yes, they for SURE see some sort of spirit or being. But that 54% seems fair to me, since some pets are just naturally sketchy of the unknown physical objects that we collect over time
The dogs were actually scared of something and that something moved towards them. If it was something on the other side of the wall they would have gone up to the wall. That one dog would not pass in front of whoever was standing there. You can see the dogs give their owners a look like “ do you not see this shit”

In the #1 video, you can pick the moment the ghost moves towards her (she backs up) past her and around the corner (she follows it) then comes back to the owner with the clear look in her eyes, its gone now, everything is alright. Clearly, it was someone who lived there in the past and that would've been their favourite spot in the home. Our spirits get caught on things kinda like our clothes getting caught and leaving little threads everywhere we frequent. My oldest son and I know the old person who used to live here stays outside the toilet so every night for the last nearly 6 years, the toilet light is on.

The dog in #2 clearly sees something or someone, as it reacts to the exact same spot the whole time. And it is looking up at something, so it's not a bug or something on the floor. That dog was definitely afraid of something it was seeing.
#2 is definitely the most legit video. That dog wouldn't enter the hallway even after the promise of treats.

My Siamese cat and I lived alone in a creepy house for a year. He could sense things that were not visible to me. Many times he would stand in the middle of the living room and stare at a blank wall with his hair raised. We would hear bangs, door knobs rattling, and footsteps walking up and down the stairs. Each time we heard something, he would run over and guard me like a dog. One night I was sitting in the middle of the living room doing my law homework and I heard a click from a locked room behind me. I turned around and saw the light switch had been turned on. I froze and held my breath. My cat prowled to the room and starting hissing, spitting and growling. The light flicked off and my cat sat by my side and guarded for the rest of the night.

That’s because you have a demon entity in your house hence why the cat reacted in a negative way. If it was human it wouldn’t react this way, as cats are used to seeing humans. It’s an evil entity. This happens to my little Chihuahua. In the middle of the night she starts getting angry of something. I got my bible and read it and prayed around the house. It stopped. If this is happening to you pray in the autorithy of Jesus.

If you experiencing this phenomenon with your dog I would move because digs can see spirts.
Not always depends on the situation the spirit might have had something bad happened to it and might want it's story telling.

Our pets have so much better hearing and can smell way better than us, they sometimes notice things we can't.
Tis true, my chihuahua kept barking at "nothing" in the dining room, thought he was losing it, turns out a leak under the kitchen sink was trickling under the linoleum for who knows how long and ruining the sub floor in the dining room. He was barking at the very slight trickling noise.

While I'm open to the idea of animals sensing things of the paranormal (most or all of it being demonic if anything), and some of these stories being related to it, it's also good to hear your logic and reason that came from your incident as well. One thing I noticed, so many of the situations where people don't actually see something human-like in front of them, the pets are staring at a wall, like it could just be something inside of it that we can't hear. Also, you gotta notice these things, like the creepy music playing during the video to give it a certain effect, although I think the narrator was good at also being fair about it and speaking on other possibilities besides it being a true video, with paranormal occurrences happening in it.

You can't sense an earthquake two days in advance. The most that can happen is that it can pick up on s waves which occur a few minutes before the earthquake arrives. This sounds like a simple coincidence.

When I was like 10 years old I was at my grandmas house in West Texas, and if you know anything about West Texas, it's that there are a lot of rattle snakes. I was in the back yard and my grandma had a German Shepard and I was throwing it a tennis ball. One of the balls went into a bush and when I bent down to get it the dog started to growl. At first I was confused, but then I started to hear the sound that still haunts me to this... the rattle of a rattle snake I jumped back and it just sat there coiled up. To this day I will always trust dogs and I don't want to imagine what would have happened if that dog hadn't growled.
Dogs have much higher sense of sound and smell than humans.

My wife died 4 years ago this Nov. 4th. My dog Ginger sits at the foot of the bed and stares into the bathroom. She doesn't bark or whine. She cries just like when I leave the room for more than 2 minutes. Ginger was with her 11 years before she died. I believe Ginger is seeing my wife's spirit.

Back when I lived in a different city, before I moved, all of the cats I ever had, were terrified of being in my bedroom..... Every single one of them. Now, keep in mind that bad things had happened to me in my room (not paranormal) so maybe they could sense my dislike of my the room, I don't know. But every time I picked them up and carried them to my room (I wanted them to sleep next to me because I was always scared) they freaked out, would start howling like CRAZY, and would bolt out of my room when I opened the door for them to go back out. They acted incredibly weird, especially the way they howled. They would usually crouch down and start crawling around on the floor. I don't believe in ghosts or the paranormal, and I have a strong relationship with God. So the only explanation for why they acted so bizarre is that my discomfort of being in my room was so strong that they could sense it, they could sense the things that happened to me in my room. It still gives me chills thinking about it. They were fine in any other room. It was so weird!!! I wish I could forget it, among many other things.

Dogs have extremely powerful senses. They hear stuff we can't, smell far in ways we cant, they sense with their paws earth movements far before they happen, temperature, dangers of sorts. Who is to say they can see what we can't. Dogs are indeed gifted creatures.

This happened with my dog, years ago. Maggie kept reacting to an empty spot in my living room. She repeatedly ran back and forth from this spot, alternately seeming to confront something standing there and then running to me on the couch, where she would sit next to me, trembling. It had been an ordinary evening--no horror movies-- but I grew very nervous. Eventually I told "it" to go away and it seemed to fade away. There was a small repeat the next night, but then I immediately spoke up and it seemed to fizzle. Nothing since. Very odd experience.
Exact same thing happened with my dog last week and tonight.. And last week he was even hiding under the dining table. And staring at the same spot the whole time... The middle of our living room..

My dad's house was incredibly haunted. When he was in hospice and I'm go to the house to stay so I could visit him, my dog absolutely hated the kitchen and I'd find him wide awake staring into to kitchen during the night. I told whatever it was to leave my dog alone. I grew up in that house and it could be frightening at times for all of us
What happened after?
7 years ago I was renting this really cool older apartment in California and I was surprised by how inexpensive it was for what I was getting. After a short while of living there, both of my little dogs started barking at the same blank wall periodically for no reason. Both of my dogs were 4 years old, well trained and had never done anything like that before. After a while of this going on (as well as a few other odd things, like the shower turning on by itself), I found out that the apartment I was renting used to be part of the towns original hospital and my apartment was the sanitarium for people dying of tuberculosis. I don't doubt something was there. My dogs would bark at that spot all the time and always at night.

In the leave my dog alone video the dog is seeing his own shadow and is getting freaked out. You can see it really good when he runs up and gets closer to the red thing hanging on the right side of the wall. Video number 2 I think it was. The others looked real. Animals def have better senses than humans and can pick up shit we can't.

I think the dog was just barking at a reflection of something in that wall decoration. You can see it is somewhat reflective, and the owner wouldn't be able to see what the dog sees from her angle.
That made me laugh. You can HEAR what the dog is freaking out about throughout that entire clip; there's a big 'WHRRWHRRWHHRR'ing machine noise clearly in the very location the dog is freaking out about, as it grows louder the closer she is to that area, quieter the further she gets from that area. The dog's reaction is EXACTLY what you'd expect from a dog who's freaked out by that kind of noise, just search a 'dog afraid vacuum' video. It sounds like either her fridge is in trouble or she's got a washing machine or something running in that blotted out alcove to the right.
I’m used to it,but what scared me the most is when both my cat & dog comes running in the middle of the night and lay on me and looks at the door,they stare at the door! My cat is more courageous,she growls, while my dog hide under the blanket! They see/feel something I can’t! Creepy and it’s ruining my sleep!

You should bless your new house whenever you get the chance this way you know your safe ... buy some olive oil bless it and then walk around the apartment and put small crosses while praying over the entire house at the same time. Monster Mom one thing you can try is when you think something's around you literally are supposed envision a bright light physically around you then you need to to think of something positive your kids your animals once you do that you envision in your head pushing the light around you into the whole room again least amount of anger or fear and. Push them away. To back off . Actually you can say it out loud you could do it in your head. At first it feels kind of silly or like it's not working. I once used to have a friend who claimed she was a medium and lived with several spirits whom she was protective of because they were all innocent. We were chatting about it one night ( through Skype- we lived in different states ) and I was skeptical. To this day I am still. But, our conversation lead to me asking for proof of what she claimed was real and a serious part of her life, and she agreed and told me that if I opened up the closet one of the spirits that lived with her would cross through it into my house. I heard animals could sense or see things we couldn’t and my dog was in my room at the time. After a bit of waiting his ears perked up and he looked directly at the closet and started growling then he started barking and getting really protective of me, and of course it freaked me the hell out. I asked the girl to make it stop and eventually my dog stopped barking around the time she said the spirit had returned. Just like that he started acting normal again and I got up and closed the doors immediately. We fell out of contact... but I believe something weird happened. 😅
Yes, the dog is afraid of the strong scent coming from the plugged in air freshener. When walking down the hallway, it stops right where the air freshener is plugged in down near the floor. The dog sees that strong scent as a danger, so he is doing his job in warning his pack leader.

Years ago my youngest sister was dying of a horrible cancer. I went to visit her. The whole time I was there, the huge dog would jump up on me and attempt to either kiss my face or eat it. I truly hated that dog but it wasn’t really her fault. No one had ever trained her to behave. The dog would constantly bark a shrill bark while staring at the ceiling right above the patio door. She wouldn’t stop for anything. I know my sister was near the end and the chemo and morphine were probably messing her up a lot. But she will never know how hurt I was when she said she thought I had brought evil spirits with me and that the dog could see them. It took all of my stamina to keep from saying that I thought the dog was seeing the angels that had come to minister to her and to escort her home to heaven.
The lady at #2 was driving me crazy lol. I would’ve gone to my dog right away had I sensed something rather than keep calling her over and over again to come when she’s terrified lol.

My cat, grace. When she sleeps with me I sometimes wake up at around 12 or 3 and I just notice that she usually stares into the darkest corner of my room. It actually makes me uncomfortable and a little bit worried.
My mom's chihuahua slept with me all the time. In our old apartment, usually around 2-3am, I'd wake to her growling and barking at a wall adjacent to our living room. I could never figure out why until one night I left the door to my bedroom open and she started acting up. She left my room and I hesitantly followed her. It was very dark, but my eyes were adjusted, and I saw her sitting in the center of our living room staring at the wall adjacent to my room. When I looked at the wall, I saw a distinctly humanoid shadow on it coming towards me but there was no one else in the room. It stopped when Bella started growling and I anxiously called for her, swept her up, ran back to my room and locked it. A very unsettling experience.

Years ago this woman told me that after moving into a new house that her cat would just sit and meow at some unseen thing. It did not freak out but acted like there was a person there when there was not. Then her story got even more odd. More than a few time cat food would be in the cat's food bowl that she did not put there. She joked that a ghost was feeding her cat. This is a very strange world we live in.
Indeed this world is strange. My big sister has always seen a ghost of a woman. She always used to help her in a way or another. One time my sister's baby actually fell from his crib, but when my sister woke up she saw him standing, as if someone is holding him. Later on, when he was older he loved this Pikachu doll, that he wouldn't sleep without it, but it's tail got cut off. My sister was intenting to sew it, but one day she woke up and found the tail attached to the doll. It was sewed. Even years after she kept appearing.. like one time my sister was mad at her daughter for not going to sleep. . While her daughter pretended to be asleep, she was actualling hiding her ipad or something with her, so someone pulls off the blanket suddenly. It was "her mother" and she was very angry, she only said "shut up" and went away. The girl was so scared that she told my sister the day after about it, and my sister was shocked. She never done that.

My dog woke up at 3am and started scratching the door to be let out. Sometimes when he did this he would just sit on the porch for awhile then asked to be let in. But that night was different, he went out, ran to the gate. So I thought he wanted to relieve himself, so I opened the gate. He didn't relieve himself, instead he started going towards the beach which very close to where I lived. It's like he was following something. He's a mixed German Shepherd so usually he won't get out out of my sight and vice versa, so it was very odd to see him behaving that way. I kept calling him and he ignored me. I had to chase him barefooted to drag him back home.
I think he saw his previous owner, which was my best friend who were murdered a few weeks before. We both used to take him for a walk at that beach.

I've experienced this twice in my life but with cats. Jan. 2016 I was deeply depressed and saw an apparition of a woman in a long flowing gown and long hair walking through my living room. She was young and beautiful but had no face. She disappeared. I then walked in my bedroom to find my cat following something with her eyes that I couldn't see. She jump on my bed, puffed up her tail, growled and hissed. I realized it was the woman I had just seen. I told her to leave, she wasn't welcome. I suspect she left through my closed bedroom window. My cat settled down. It was disturbing. Thank God it was during the middle of the day. Believe me, they can see and hear what we can't whether dog or cat.

I absolutely believe dogs and cats can sense paranormal activity. The dog in the first clip is a Beagle, which is a hunting dog. If there was a small animal trapped within the walls of that pantry, the pup would have been scratching to get at it. His "hackles" are raised, indicating the "fight or flight" response. this is the scariest shit when it happens. a few years back my little foxy was barking at something in the back sun room, I walked over and she was doing exactly the same thing as these dogs, walking backwards and barking. I picked her up to go outside to see what was there but while I was walking to the back door she kept barking at something inside, so I walked back in and she was looking over both my shoulders while I was holding her no matter which way I turned. so what ever she was barking at must have been moving around. Lucky it was day time so I put her in the car and we took off for a while. when we got back she ran straight for the sun room, but what ever it was wasn't there anymore cause she came back into the lounge room without barking. its never happened again, what it was i'll never know. But i'll tell you this, it scared the absolute shit out of me.

My new dog around a dozen times has barked and growled sometimes cowering in fear in my backyard porch towards a certain area near the house. She rarely barks or reacts that way anywhere else but in that spot. She’s back there a lot and mostly acts normal so whatever she sees appears occasionally.

When I first brought Roscoe (Boston terrior) home everything was normal. It was about 2 weeks in that he started whimpering every time he was coming in, from outside, trough his doggy door. He would stop and stare at something in the hall way but would not go any further from where he was at. At other times when I would encourage him to come to me, he would make it about half way then suddenly turn around and book it through the door as if something chased him back out. Its the strangest thing, I can't make any sense of it. There is no paranormal activity going on as far as I can tell but there's something definately there because it still happens every so often and its now been over 2 yrs. I plan on setting up a camera to see if I might see what he sees when it happens.

Calm down guys The simple reason is that dogs can hear things we can’t. Dogs hear frequencies in the ultrasonic range that humans can’t detect, so it’s not surprising they often react to what we perceive as “nothing.”
Something to keep in mind is that dogs have much better hearing than we do, and as such they hear sounds on the other side of walls such as voices, vibrations, and other things that many of us can't hear but are actually there if investigating much deeper. The dog is looking for something but are not actually focusing on something with their eyes. Right now I'm dealing with a big dog that only howls in his sleep in the early morning about 1 am or so. That is when he his sleeping right next to me. Sounds rather unearthly, but more confusing than scary to me, and he is sleeping as he wags his tail sometimes as well.

Yhis happe ed to me last night, my dog is very protective. Last night she wouldnt stop growling and barking at her bed she would not go near it and would sit infront of me as for me not to go near it either, and another midnight i heard her bark like she was attacking something, freaked me out so much. Her behavior has also changed toward people, like if she is scared.
India has a lot of stray dogs and in earlier days when there used to be more open spaces, dogs would often growl at middle of the night. And I learnt from elders that they can see ghosts, that's why they growl. These behaviors doesn't surprise me. Why it surprises the owners is because this behaviour is being noticed from a pet inside human habitat (house).
Had a few incidents that really freaked me out with my cat, this is what happened. One evening i came in late and fed the cat. Her food bowl is always on the floor. I put some food in the bowl and quickly went to the toilet then bathroom to wash my hands. All this must have took about 2 minutes. When i arrived back in the kitchen my cat was on the kitchen table with her bowl eating the food i gave her. Now i could have swore i filled her bowl with food on the floor but maybe i did it on the table and thought i put it on the floor. I thought about it and was pretty sure i did it on the floor but not sure a 100%. About 4 days later i did more or less the same thing but this time making sure i put the food in the bowl on the floor and again rushing to the toilet. To my dismay when i got back to the Kitchen the bowl with cat was on the kitchen table again. I know i fed that cat on the kitchen floor and one thing i need to ad is there is nobody in the house but me. After then every time i fed the cat i sat and watched and nothing happened for about four weeks until one evening i did the same feeding routine and trip to the toilet just as a test and when i got back to the kitchen bowl was on the table. To cut a very long story short i mentioned these incidences to a girlfriend who surprisingly was very calm about what i had told her and suggested to me that i had an unseen visitor, and maybe i should ask them to leave. I said to her i didn't know how and have no experience with this type of thing whatever it was. She said to try it because she experienced something similar and that's what her mother told her to do and it worked. So one evening before i fed the cat what i did was turn off all the lights in my house, grabbed hold of my fear, sat on my stairs near the kitchen and shouted to anybody that was in my house that they were not invited in here and only people i invite in are welcome so i suggest who ever it is should leave immediately. I was literally sweating doing this, my girlfriend said i had to mean what i say and i did. I honestly did not think it would work but years later i have the same cat, with the same bowl and nothing has moved since.

I used to walk my pug in a beautiful old cemetery where she ran free and had a great time, except at one particular area.... she refused to go anywhere near it. Even on leash, she'd sit down an refuse to move. When I gave up and carried her by it, the hair on her back would rise, she'd go stiff and alert and shake like a naked man in a blizzard! It happened several times. No people, other dogs, coyotes or anything around.... I felt a bit nauseous walking by it but did not make that connection til later. For both our sakes, I just avoided that area from then on. "There are more things in heaven and Earth than are dreamed of in your philosophies..." as Hamlet said. Btw... my little Baylee died 2 years ago at 15.... and I miss her dearly.

My wife and i rent a house and none of us smoked for years on a few occasions we lightly smell stale cigarettes like ashtray stench.
Anyway from time to time the two year old would point down the hall at the front door this hall had a door to the one small bedroom, garage and the guest bathroom.
So we never knew what one he was pointing to but he was always serious about it while he tried to say words like look and see.
We thought he was seeing his reflection on the glass of the outer door as we would open the main door in the summer.
When he did it when the main wooden door was closed we had to think twice then.
No doubt things are happening that we don't see.
But i think at times when things are in line in the right place we get close, sometimes both worlds get to close.

I live in a building, and about like 2 years ago, the people who lived in the next door apartment moved out and with that I got some new neighbours, since the day they moved in, my dog would bark at the wall that separated our apartments. He would almost never go in the living room, because he would start barking at the wall. When I would go with my dog for a walk, everytime when we got out of our apartment he would just stare at the neighbours door and just move down the stairs calmly. All I know is that about 3 months after they moved in, the dudes who lived next door went to prison for selling drugs to minors. I really don't know if my dog was barking because somehow he knew that those dudes had drugs in their house or something. But since the day they went to prison my dog never barked at that wall again. We now have new neighbours, and everything is normal with no barking.

Girl friend and I was watching a movie one night in the Bedroom... Her Pit bull Keep Barking at the Closet door... it was closed..... finally I got up and Looked in the Closet...... It was a Scorpion... 12"long.. lots in AZ but still not in the bedroom...Great Dog,, He was a Kind and Loving Beautiful Creature..and Loved People R. I.P. ...My Friend...
