Just the AP build i guess. Bruiser build is still gonna be strong, not OP but still pretty solid. They didn't touch his 2nd ability, it's way stronger now coz its effect is global, and his 3rd ability which gives more damage reduction( this is from his previous buffs), they only nerfed the AP scaling on the 1st ability and some damage and time duration reduction from his ult. But, we'll see.

Tbh yasuo needs a mini rework so that tank yasuo is driven out of the meta. Halve passive shield and give it ~50% ad scaling. Reduce his ridiculous base Q damage to 25 from 35 per level which is still more than yone. Finally give him slightly more hp, armor and magic resist level scaling so its more efficient going full ad with the massive Q base damage nerfs and resist buffs. Also makes him much weaker in the early levels and gives better scaling which is fair
