      that's your homework I can't make 1 million videos according to hand size and grip.
      Make what you want. All pro players have a different swing. That's why badminton is fun.

    Great video. In the last video’s comment section I had asked about quick grip changing (backhand after forehand and vice-versa) and you linked a video of the same but I am still facing problem with grip changing when the shuttle comes very fast. Please tell the respected Coach about this. I am a right handed player and when the shuttle come in right direction , I use my forehand grip as instructed by the coach but in the very next rally when the shuttle comes in left direction, I can not switch to backhand so quickly. So please tell the coach sir about this problem. BTW I’m 30 years young😅 and never played this game before. Since last month, I started to learn this awesome game by following only your videos. Love from India🇮🇳

      A stroke is a combination of numerous elements. It's not just your finger movements.
      Another cause of the late response is 'gaze'. Where are you looking?
      To answer the question, you should always be looking at your opponent's racquet. That way, you can prepare quickly at one tempo.

    Which overgrip tape is being used here? It sounds super tacky. I'm trying to find a solid one that won't slip.
    Also is there any recommendation in terms of grip size? With a G4 racket should I replace the original grip or put overgrip on top?

  • @imataquito005
    @imataquito005 Год назад +3

    The secret sauce... This is it... If the timing to hit is accurate this will generate so much power with a small short punch/swing... All higher tension stringing needs this to function well.... For lower tension stringing is likely to lose power with this technique as it's too easy to hit the power ceiling...

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад +1

      That's a good idea. It makes a lot of sense. However, some pros use strings as low as 24-27 lbs. We should also consider the combination of string and racquet.

    • @imataquito005
      @imataquito005 Год назад +1

      yes indeed racquet and strings play a big part too… lower tension with this technique will allow lots of control and last min changes as we can feel the shuttle delay on the strings before bouncing off… can lead to double hit if not timed correctly in fast and hard match.. coach please tech technique to train our muscles so it won’t get injured easily as well when using this technique to the max 😉

      Welcome to badminton world :-)
      When coach Han teaches students, the most important thing is 'accurate demonstration'. From a student's point of view, it is important to 'watch' and learn.
      Trust your teacher and visually record his movements. so that you can imitate him unconsciously. fingers, toes... Record all the details with your eyes.
      And, relax.

    很淸楚的了解握法,但是上場之後打擊,自己的反應速度不夠快,手指手腕肌肉力量不足,能做什麼握力練習呢?

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад

      有兩種方法。
      1.
      通過閉合和打開拳頭快速重複。重複直到你感到噁心。而你只需要增加練習的次數。
      2.
      我握緊了拳頭,用力到無法忍受。這些練習不超過 5 個。很難
      (適度的力量訓練意義不大。)
