  • Ube Cheese Buchi
    Buchi is made from glutinous rice flour, filled with mung bean paste and coated with sesame seeds. Then deep fry before serving.
    But now there are different types of flavors of buchi. You can make your own version like chocolate flavored buchi or cheese flavor. Today we will make Ube cheese flavored buchi. For the ube halaya recipe you can check this link:

    ingredients:
    1 cup white sugar(more if preferred)
    2 cups water(it depends on the texture of the dough)
    4 cups glutinous rice flour
    1 tbsp violet food color(more if preferred)
    1/2 tbsp Ube flavor(more if preferred)
    Fillings:
