So giving a 2 1/2 to 3 times the standard guidelines for bonded or OR'd accused it runs 140 days for misdemeanor charges and 6 to 8 months for felony charges again unless time is waved. Do you have to assert your right for a speedy trial from the start and throughout the case for the 6th amendment to actually apply?
