New tool for the shop! Fixing up an old torch cart Harris torch kit Oxygen Acetylene welding fab

A friend of mine gave me an old torch cart and I take some time to fix it up and set up a new tool for the shop. I weld on some plates and safety chain to keep the tanks in place. I add a tool box and some other goodies.
