I just got ent costuming in AK too!! I'm trying to know everything I can about it! Can you tell me what you can about it!?
Crazy that this was the beginning of February 2020 right when we were learning about Covid outbreak and I wonder if it was covid at the time when you said there was a “weird cold outbreak” where everyone was feeling really sick. I hope you’re still at the parks and enjoying your Work!
Do you know what the chances are of getting an extension for costuming. Like do you know out of the people you know you applied for an extension in costuming got it and how many didn’t?
Recruiters such as the amazing recruiter Christy on Twitter would be a better resource for questions such as this. However I personally believe that extensions are given out to cast members who have a good record card and have formed good relationships within the company. I applied for an extension in a different role and got it. My friends applied for an extension in their current role and got it. Everybody’s experience in the college program is different. And everything happens for a reason so if somebody applies for an extension and doesn’t get it, something better with come to them.
What are the hours like for a DCP costuming cast member?
We were typically over staffed so I got the minimum which was about 30 hours.
