- The Michigan football program and NCAA enforcement staff have reached an agreement on recruiting violations and “coaching activities by noncoaching staff members that occurred within the football program” under former head coach Jim Harbaugh during the COVID-19 dead period.

'This changes things. Who did they beat? THEY BEAT BAMA!' Valenti after the Rose Bowl (Rico even threw in his trademark 'YYYYEP' to that a couple of times too). Paul Finebaum who likes to shit ALL OVER Michgan (and the Big Ten except ohio state) admitted he was wrong. Stephen A Smith was also Mr. 'make them ineligible for the CFP' in October and November changing his tune after the playoffs. Urban Meyer praising their accomplishment. Listen, think whatever you want about what should happen. They're not squeaky clean and there needs to be consequences, but that Championship's not going away. The future is unwritten and we'll see what happens on the field. Hopefully more like Moellar & Carr and less like Rich-Rod & Hoke.

UMich’s head coach is dealing with multiple assistants charged with DUIs and the first of multiple rounds of nonnegligible infractions and punishment as a result of their athletic department and all-good, all-powerful former head coach enacting and enabling cheating to such an extensive degree that he earned a SECOND three-game suspension (administered mid-season) before abandoning the university and athletic department for the unthreatening pastures of the NFL. For every instance of scandal at MSU, there are two that can be found at the university of Michigan. Bo knew. Only reason UMich fans can maintain the image they have in their heads of UMich having some claim to integrity or moral superiority is because of the deep-running ties in the establishment media (sports and otherwise) via their network of (own-fart sniffing) alumni that serve to bury, sweep under the rug, …maybe VACUUM UP… their “dirtiness” (and no less to inflame and exaggerate every instance of “scandal” even tangentially related to MSU) in service of the brand narrative.
