I wish every 20 resolve gave 1 additional second to her burst for a max of 10 sec burst time. Would have been a nice constellation at least.

Raiden's goal is to give energy to your party as quickly as possible so that they can take on the field and pop up their bursts, making your party members wait longer would go against raiden's concept.

@@byooob Makes sense, but theres also nothing stopping someone from dropping her burst and switching out whenever they want. You don't have to finish the whole duration. I'd like more time with her sword too

Raiden is fine at C0, all of her other constellations are just QoL or damage increases, which is kind of overkill unless you're doing stuff like Floor 12 abyss
I hope electro resonance will have their rework like geo.

“All party members gain a 50% energy recharge bonus, and another 20% per every electro character in the party” that’ll be awesome
Idk about my electro rework but here's my idea is it too op or too weak pls respond
Overload: Reduces enemy defend by 30% (can be stack by other defend reduces passive/skill)
Electro-Charge: receive 16% electro damage bonus every 0.5 second max 4 times
Superconduct: Increase active character crit damage by 50%
Electro resonance: Increase Attack speed of all party member by 15%
Explanation: Some of the basic attack dps like hu tao,Yoimiya,Keqing or maybe dps Raiden Shogun all basic attack proccer will benefit from this resonance so it'll be more popular among other element and not just electro
Extra: And also by this we can make the new raiden shogun a good Sub-Dps cuz of the electro resonance and the new Electro-Charge and with Overload Raiden's c2 will be MORE op and superconduct is just a universal resonance and can be use by other element
If this is too op pls tell me to how can we made this balance or maybe share this and make it comes to Mihoyo cuz electro need a rework ASAP

Not resonance the electro element itself id really bad.
Xingqiu's burst works with Raiden's because only the normal attack animations are required for his rain swords to attack. Beidou's burst, on the other hand, requires the active character's normal/charged attacks to deal dmg. That's the difference.
Cant blame them fully bcs the wording can be pretty confusing if they not read it properly. Some may say why childe dagger and xiao burst attack procs while raiden dont.
@@wallamep3679 Its completely understandable. Childe's daggers are still considered normal/charged attack dmg and xiao's burst doesnt deal burst dmg at all
Then why does beidous ult proc whilst you hit shields? Hitting shields doesn't do DMG iirc.
@@razor5694 Not exactly. Physical hits can still technically dmg shields but it's so miniscule that you won't notice it. I didnt notice it until I tested it during commisions.

... I main MonAyaka, and I was hoping that these two would work well with Her Excellency. I had placed the Skyward Blade on Ayaka and found that there was TOO much Energy Recharge. To the point that she fills her burst before her Cool Down even allows her to use it again. So I was thinking of pulling back on the energy recharge and give her something less on that front.
... lo-and behold, this is only making things better now with Her Excellency involved.
... I decided upon C2 a few days ago because I wanted to see her HURT people. And it took a lot out of this Dolphin, but I managed it thanks to the Top-Up Reset.
... now, I have been fishing for The Catch since I never Wish on Weapon Banners... but you most certainly made her banner weapon sound most tantalizing.
... so now i'm stuck in between just settling for The Catch at Refinement 5, or a Base Refinement Engulfing Lightning.
... I can't tell which would be better. Or, if they are close enough due to the Max Refinement of The Catch that I don't have to go for the Banner Weapon.
... if Kokomi wasn't next up... I might have certainly went for the weapon.

I only got her to C1, sadly, but I'll definitely get her to at least C2 on her rerun. she is so fun to play as. mine is only lvl 40(because I haven't unlocked Inazuma yet) and she's still one of my main damage dealers, despite having characters at lvl 60

What's a good when attack combo? I know you're not meant to attack with her because she is sub dps but in coop you can't tag out. What's a good normal attack combo?

I have Raiden, and engolfing lightning.
She's 300% ER
80% Electro DMG without an artifact.
And between 2800 and 3000 DMG.
BUT I DON'T USE HER AS A MAIN DPS i think she's more Burst Dps and of field DPS. Being yoimiya doing the Dps role for me.
BUT... She hits crazy good well all the resolve stacks are full, like way too much she's the character with the most powerful burst i have.

Baal is my favorite character aside from Zhongli. So probably I will leave her at 9 10 10 talents. I love her that much. hahaha

My team: Diona, Raiden Shogun, Mona and Xiyan, maybe i can place my Kujou, Xinqiu and Rosaria, or Xinqiu, Xianling and bennet so thanks for this team option (cause i write wrong the rocker from Liyue is Xiyan)

I‘m probably going to go for C2 for Raiden, do you think it would benefit me to go to C3? (The highest constellation I’ve ever got for a featured 5* is C1 for Zhongli.)
C2 is more than enough. If anything, feel things out at C2 first, then decide. C3 probably won’t be the biggest fun level increase

Shogun need very big investment to be main dps. But if u just running her as support/sub dps C0 is fine tho. No need the sig weapon too. Catch is good tho. The electro reaction itself is bad. Need rework for elemental rection and resonance.

I invested so much of my f2p 20k primos on baal lol and heres what i got.c1 baal,diluc,engulfing lightning and unforged.already finished farming for r5 catch,already lv 90 her,lv 8 her burst talent and already lv90 my engulfing lightning.yup totallw worth it.only thing that woulf be over the top is if i ever get lucky enough to get her c2

You can at least ascend her up to lvl 40 with those free ascension mats you get from her test run trial

Most videos with her doing “insane” DMG are with supports and buffs from potions and food. If you are doing 55k on initial slash without all of these, that’s fine.
@@holou8497 with sucrose and Benny I do 120k while whales do like 700k that’s just how big the difference between c0 and c6 is
First i got baal today she is c0 shoud i go for a baal c2 without her weapon or shoud i go first for her weapon and use her in c0 what its better i wanna use her as the Main dps in my team
Hmm dont ever pull that weapon banner unless u want spend a lot of money. Trust me. I got 3 unforged 1 skyward spime and 1 EL. Its bad. Haha. And im done with that banner.
Go for c2, its much easier and economical, and is a higher spike in terms of damage

@@sharry3316 realisticaly speaking, with that amount, you would need a ton of luck, and with that, i mean getting a 5 star in less than 40 pulls and winning the 50/50 twice, goodluck
@@sharry3316 its hard mate. 10k primos to c2 is very unlikely imho. But its better pull for constelation than weapon tho.
Being sub-dps doesn't mean she do close to none damage without C2. She needs to be functional, which she's not at the moment
People need to understand this, some people are just yelling everywhere 'she is great and she has no problems' without understanding the actual problem.
