I wish every character had guides like yours. Most guides show a move, explain its multiple uses, than go on to the next one on the list. Your format takes more time to cover and more difficult to explain but it's more functional. It's goal-directed so it focuses the player's attention to their acute objectives, which is how players should be handling their games (rather than playing movelist recall). Tuldoka Dabawit wow! Thank you so much for acknowledging the difficulty in how to explain functionality. Bryan is my all time favorite fighting game character. As I keep playing I have to constantly learn different tricks and mind games through out a match. It help me understand tekken 7 and also helped me observe my opponents.
I would say play more fundamentals and less "tricks." Tricks will not work against opponents who have experience in the Bryan match up. Fundamentals will win you even if the opponent has experience.

@@Mike-ds2ev you and me both. I'm still working on Player 2 side as well. You're not alone. I got into bad habit of constantly choosing Player 1, and just now working on Player 2 side.
See the thing with Bryan is at high level play it becomes difficult to open your opponent up without CH. His frame traps are also minimal at high level because there is so few high level players usually know them all. Theres db3 into northern cross for a CH launcher. Theres b1 into f3 for a CH launcher. B,df4 cancel into orbital. Theres dropping the combo purposely with a fient and resetting with snake edge. B1 into orbital bc alot of opponents will down jab after blocking Bryan's b1. Weather you guys want to admit it or not esp at high level Bryan is a super straightforward honest character to play and its difficult. Before anyone says anything about taunt it's very situational. At the wall it's great but at high level your opponent will stop teching into it. Or they will wait and get up. Yes they might eat a d4 or a qcb4, but again its situational depending on the knowledge on who you're fighting. Dont get me wrong alot of people dont know what to do and my taunts esp at the wall are like jabs. Set up after set up. Still love playing only Bryan BUT SOME DAYS ARE TOUGH ILL TELL YOU THAT!
For sure Games4Days. I completely agree with you. That's why I prefer to actually play Bryan without gimmicks. Gimmicks don't work after a certain level, and even less so if you go to tournaments where seasoned plays have seen it all. Bryan's strength is in his CH launchers and how he can set them up, and "trick" his opponent into thinking it's safe to press a button.
@@PeterYMao yeah I agree. Mind games come into play at high level like crazy. One set up I've been using for HUGE DAMAGE is db3 into fisherman's slam. I am a beginner and new to the game. The word mind game is a joke in my blue and green ranks.Mfs be using every powercrush in the game which makes it impossible to get a launch or CH and leaves u to just stand and block and die.
Mind games exist in all levels of the game. Low or Mid is the simplest mind game. Also, if you find the opponent doing power crushes, you can just do low attacks of your own and it will stop power crushes.
Bro I’d have to disagree with you saying he has no scary lows; hatchet is +5 on hit, only -13 on block and takes a chunk off while having great range. It gets the opponent shitting their pants and they start guessing quick.
Hatchet is a great low, but there are lots of ways to play around it. Most of the options that Bryan has after hatchet can be beaten with sidestep right block. This is when Bryan will have to resort to using homing attacks and if he does then that's when you can start countering hitting him out of his own plus frames.
Everyone's pressure starters are slow. Plus on block mids are usually i20 and slower unless we're talking about Mishima f4. And most + on hit lows are i20 and slower. Unless you are like Jack db1, Law db3, Ling db4, Ganryu df3 etc. Also why don't you talk about d2 bring his df1 like poke? i14, -2 on block, better range than df2.
Yes, I am very well aware of the frames for + on hit lows, and + on block mids. Also please watch my S3 Bryan Breakdown. I go over in there why d+2 isn't as great a poking tool as people think it is. Anyhow, thanks for the comment :)

This is when Bryan will have to resort to using homing attacks and if he does then that's when you can start countering hitting him out of his own plus frames.
hey alright but snake edge
lol
