Bath and West Steam Railway. Riding the trains and an invitation viewing of the wonderful Prestleigh Brook signal box. This video was recorded on a sunny day in Spring showing this miniature railway at its very best and in its place as one of the very best miniature railways in the U.K. Weekend members' day scenes are informal and show how much fun can be had running a miniature railway.
The two gauges in operation on this railway are 7 ¼ inch and 5 inch, and all track is at ground level.
Formed in 2005 the East Somerset Society of Model & Experimental Engineers (ESSMEE), created The Bath and West Steam Railway at the Bath and West Showground near Shepton Mallet, Somerset.

Dear @ramseybarber8312, This is exactly what I thought. What a magnificent set-up they have there. I have not included all the scenes that I took on that day but the 7 1/4 inch Black 5 they are building is something to marvel at !
