it has a welded in nut for ics stopping any long ihc kit from working, this is why you have to cut so much off or look for a small ihc kit

i was looking further into these bars and on the vault pro scooters it said Not compatable with IHC unless 3.5" is removed from height and a slit is installed. so you can but you will be cutting alot off
