This Extremely Rusty Antique Angle Grinder was sent to me by a subscriber in Germany it was so full of rust & Mud And the System inside it was completely stuck due to rust.I decided to restore it And separated all its parts Its internal mechanism was badly damaged due to rust.But I cleaned it thoroughly again and ended the rust completely. And the Grinder was also made new again.Now it was as good as new And I sent it again to my subscribers After Full Restration.

The casing was not restored but replaced. Actually, judging by the end result I would say that the whole thing was replaced.

Sham. Almost no rust. Just muddy. Didn't even clean things well or bother to clean and re-pack the ball bearings.

some points to consider: I saw very little rust I saw a lot of dirt...use orange or lemon juice to wash parts? In a few days I'm going to wash my ass to wash parts with water... remove the parts as if I were having heart surgery, then use a hammer to replace them. Very amateurish.
Nice refurbishing effort. While I applaud your efforts, a few things stood out to me. First, obviously you bought a new two piece case. I would have as well in this case. But your cleaning was a little lacking. You didn't take apart the bearings and clean and regrease them. And all the hardware wasn't clean either. You also attached the power wires wrong. They were supposed to go between the brass and not below the brass and plastic case. But with those issues, you did make it look and run good... Thumbs Up!
