It suck’s dude! I’ve had a stage 3 ac separation. Got it about 10 years ago fighting. Was picked up and slammed right down on my shoulder. It’s painful to live with! Good luck dude!
Tore my hip labrum on a minor motorcycle accident. Almost 100 percent then PT decided to do a assessment and reinjured it so I know tha sketchy dark neighborhood you speak of I was almost out and thrown back in.
Almost the same, Highsided at 45 trying to stop when a truck turned in front of me. Grade 4 separation of my right AC joint. Happened in February of 2016. Never got the surgery but I have most of my movement and stability back. Started riding again within a month but couldn't really lift again for about a year. Wish you a speedy recovery bro

Sorry mate but I just had the same accident but on the road into a car on my street bob and mirrored your injuries 8 months ago I just had surgery on my clavicle ( collar bone)a 1/2 inch /10 mm gap you’re in for a lot of fun First they take a graft of your hip to fill the gap then the cut you open to put a piece of steel up about a inch and a half up the arm across your shoulder onto your rib and screw that on it’s called a hook clamp that to hold it in place till it heals Then the fun part,healing ouch 😣 owe then 10 weeks later they cut you open again to get the steel plate out,Good luck mate from down under in Perth Western Australia the place of pain at this very moment 👍🇦🇺
Brother I watched the whole vlog and now I’m bummed out cause l made you probably feel bad if not worse and you shouldn’t because I’m waiting for the removal surgery of the plate and how much better I feel now means it’s all worth while so bro stay strong you’re going to come out stronger and better on the other side of all this Much love 👍🇦🇺
