If you have saved favorite avatars and worlds on both accounts, the 2 lists will be merged and you keep all your favorited avatars and worlds. However, if your total favorite count is over the limit after merging, you will have to unfavorite avatars/worlds until you are under the limit again to save more favorites. This works exactly the same way when you cancel your vrc+ subscription and have a lot of favorite avatars. You will keep them saved, but to save more you need to go back under the limit again.

If I understand correctly, you're trying to merge your Oculus Account with a Steam Account, right? To do that, you will first have to merge the Oculus Account with a VRChat Account, and then merge that same VRChat Account with the Steam Account. So then you will have both a Steam Account and an Oculus Account merged with your VRChat account.

I'm not too familiar with oculus as I've never had one myself, but I think you could try installing the Oculus Software just like how you would for Revive, skipping the first time headset setup, and then downloading VRChat through the Oculus store and launching it either using Revive or just in desktop mode which will then allow you to log in through Oculus to merge your accounts

It wont link me to the tranfer account. i click the open link in brower and it just opens the normal login with you VRC account.
