its no myth but i was thinking about why and i say any one you work with on music and maybe other art, has this effect on the final product. if people care and get involved, there can be so much trust being exchanged

it can feel like youre married. especially later when everyones ducked out and people phones and checks. and well, some checks are good, some bad some not at all...
somewhere between the 5sec spot for some guys ad, to the kids you grew up with and yours record youve been working on for 15 years, you micromanage your care and pair it with your will. thats whats for sale. not your time, not your skill or your experience, not even who you know, but something thats a sum of all parts. your power to get it done.
