I really liked that line. Im really surprised by this song. It's my favorite nct song by far. I feel like the only thing that's kinda lacking is a single narrative that pulls the three raps together. It's unclear if they're singing about a girl or not bc some of them seem to be while some of them don't seem so.
K Alyssa Personally, I think it's about family and how they gave up being able to be with their family to pursue being an idol. Especially with Mark, they all left their families (hometowns/countries as well) to train. They loose their chance at a childhood and have to learn to be greedy to get to where they are. They sarifice family milestones too. I feel like the song is talking about those types of struggles.
the narrative that pulls the three raps together (especially taeyong's and mark's since lucas' is considerably shorter) is the chorus itself which talks about how past and present converge and basically both mark and taeyong are replying to this chorus by rapping about their past and regrets.
@@kalyssa9549 i would say everyone raps seperated. like mark dont really rap about a girl/person but with lucas you can tell he really is rappin about a person.
Guys. This song was written by taeyong. Except mark's rap. This song was supposedly performed by only ty and dy bec it is so personal for ty. The member know it as well that ty really worked hard for these song and it also really personal for him. SM just suggested to add mark and lucas. And they give the utmost respect to ty knowing what this song really means to him. So arguing doea not really matter here. This is not just a song. This is ty heart. Nct heart sharing it to us.
i think that's why i love this song so much cz tae oppa showed us a piece of his heart and galaxy ,and that means he trust us so much cz yes it 's hard to tell someone about how u felt or how much hardships u faced or even nightmares that hunted u ,so telling the ones u try to make smile is really being confident and feel trust that's why i cherish this song and every time i have hardships i come here to take some confidense ,THANK U TAEYONG OPPA
It shows how much Taeyong is repenting and regretting his past. I hope people would stop exaggerating his story and gives him another chance that he deserves. "Karma's on my neck" 'I've been in a lot of trouble from my point of view, not to be ignored'(from extended version) 'Bad habits burn out' 'I left you and me from yesterday because I'm going to make me who I am today' 'even today I will never forget', etc. So yes, he knows, he knows that he has done wrong in his past which should not be ignored(as it had made him become who he is now) so can't we just see him as the person he had become today??!! He's not asking us to forget his past, he's literally asking for forgiveness again and wants us to see him as the Taeyong he is now and appreciate him. If we look deeper into the lyrics, we'll be able to understand it in a whole different level. I was so emo throughout this song and felt so sad but also glad that Taeyongie could finally pour out his thoughts and feelings. (The lyrics may not be accurate)
Chubby Bunny Its a bit long for me to explain but you can go to this link - pann-choa.blogspot.com/2017/02/enter-talk-full-story-of-taeyongs.html?m=1 they did a thorough explanation and the whole truth behind the rumors.
to me, he is the definition of a true idol. not just a beautiful face than can deliver concepts well, but an amazing person. he's so talented, intelligent, hard-working, and kind. he's so much more than a pretty face or his past mistakes. taeyong takes care of his fellow members and genuinely cares about his fans well-being. he even gives scholarships to kids, and gets shy when he reads thank you letters from parents. just an all-around sweetheart in a beautiful package. he deserves so much more than the title "visual" or being called a scammer for an incident that happened in his middle school days.
'getting more spotlight than sunlight' Can you imagine a career that expects so much of you that you lose your free will and personal time? Always surrounded by the flashing cameras or screaming fans? The amount of effort put into daily activities and how tired they are? To us, they're idols. To themselves, they're human beings. Wanting to visit friends or go to bars every Saturday night. Take a trip home. Maybe even go on a roadtrip. Be able to do things without fear. Their life is slowly slipping away ahead of them and they see others doing things they never could've. It's a harsh and painful lyric from deep within
What yoy said is absolutely true and just....The part where you said that to us they're idols but them they're human beings is...people always forget that they are humans first and foremost and always place them on pedestals, which makes it difficult for them. It's such a sad reality....I feel like they try to hold on to the good things that come their way in their careers for as lon as they can before they have to come back to the reality of their career. Hopefully they can look back without regrets and be happy that they worked so hard in this career when they've retired.
This whole song is dedicated to themselves imo. Who they used to be and addressing that past self. Taeyong is talking abt the difference in what he used to think the world is and what he found out it is. "How are you so strong?" he asks the person who has struggled so much, that is himself, I think referring to his trainee pre debut years. He also says he was greedy & made mistakes but this is who he is and what made him, him today. Doyoung brings up the chorus and talks about moving on and that broken heart is only a memory. What is today would soon be yesterday. Mark talks abt his bus 156 and the college thing others talked abt I think but he is also content that he found a passion which suits him, a new bus 156. Lucas's lyrics is confusing but I think he addresses the listeners I think. He is asking whether we feel the same as them or not. That do we feel the same pain, do we feel as if we are also "born to be made" or not like them? If we do then "can you hold me tight?"- a hug maybe to console each other for this mutual pain. Doyoung then brings up the chorus again saying what's today is soon to be yesterday so let's move on. I'm probably seriously reaching with that lyrics interpretation but yeah, that's what seemed to me. Feel free to correct me :)
It's been a year since you posted this, but I recently came back to listen to the song after some things happened in my life, and I realized that with the rapid change from who I was to who I am and who I will be that I understand this song so much better. Lucas's verse really hits different for me now, as I see it as an interrogation of his future self. Taeyong wrote "a letter" to his past self as a self-reflection of who he was and how that happened, Mark spoke about how he found home in his present, and Lucas is questioning who he will be in the future. "Do you think about me too? Do you always cry? When it rains, when the pain comes in shame, when the fame is a jade and I'm born to be made?" That is really powerful. He's asking his future self whether he'll think of his past self, just as he does in his present, when he's at his best and when everything comes crashing down. "But the cost of the fade, I got quickly to shade, ever quickly to hate. Burning like a hurricane, when you said it was wrong." Here it gets a lot more personal to him, to Taeyong and Mark who wrote this, to the listeners, because it can be felt very differently to everyone. Everyone has regrets and things they wish they could have done different, and he doesn't specify what it is and that's the beauty of it. You learn to hate things that you did yesterday, to darken the consequences of your past self's actions and blame that person you were for it. And it's weird that he uses "burning like my hurricane" because hurricanes don't burn, but it works because hurricanes consume and destroy in passion just like fire. "Even if there is a right, now I can only dream about you holding me tight. Can you hold me tight?" He's asking that his future self never rejects him, who will be the past. That even if tomorrow's him realizes that what he did wasn't the right that he thought it would have been and there's a better option, that his future self will still embrace his past self as part of him. I was in fucking tears when I heard this one verse after so long. 😭 Then Doyoung ends the song with a different version of the chorus where he instead faces that he can't let go of his past, as it was "a story carved deep inside my heart" and that he wants to treasure all the yesterdays he's had. He apologizes to his yesterday for walking away before, but now he faces that every tomorrow becomes a precious yesterday.
In Marks rap at 1:34 he says *"For the future traded yesterday"* Sacrificing his childhood, knowing he won't get to do what normal kids do, and putting in hard work and effort to work for his future as an idol. I love an icon, thank you for the pleasure you give us Mark Lee edit: But imma just go cry in a corner now
I have always thought about "What's 156? Why is it in the song. I don't understand." Apparently, 156 is a route in Vancouver, where Mark used to live when he was younger. So, his lyrics, "Everyday getting more spotlight than sunlight makes me think about how rap is my new 156. For the future traded yesterday. I hope you like it where I am now."
He's basically saying that he traded his normal childhood life for his future and chose rap. So now, rap is the new path/road for him. Now, he gets more spotlight than sunlight. It's like saying that now, he became famous but he can't do things that are done by normal people. I forgot the last part though, "I hope you like it where I am now." I forgot if he's pertaining to his parents or himself.
i remember when ppl bullied tae for scamming and he broke down into tears in an interview so when i was reading the lyrics i thought of that and my heart shattered. :(
•Taeyong literally wrote this song and owning it •Doyoung's perfect and angelic voice it'll make your heart melt •Lucas rapping in english like a pro •Mark being the best mark we know This song is a freakin' masterpiece!💚🥺
Taeyong's lines. And these "The only way you can be alone is to feel confident" "If memories made me, then we make today. I hope u like it where I am now" Omaygad. I can totally relate to this song. Not just an Idol. An ARTIST indeed.
This has to be one of NCT U’s best songs. I really like how there’s only one vocalist, it made it 2x better, his voice is so soothing, he’s truly gifted with heavenly and outstanding vocals. Personal and meaningful lyrics that can really touch your heart. Especially the rap parts. A masterpiece indeed.
"For the future traded yesterday"... It fits perfectly their situation, sacrificing their youths for their dreams. I really am proud of each one of them and I will remain supporting them for as long as I can.
This song makes me so emotional,,, especially taeyong. He's kinda my rolemodel. He works so hard, cares about the group like a mom, and is just making me cry. The lyrics to this song is real.
Listening to this song feels like having a deep conversation with NCT about life. It feels intimate, almost. I feel so touched that TY trusted us enough to share this story with us. "Sorry that I walked away" hits so hard. It's honestly one of NCT's underrated songs and it deserves more recognition.
i literally cried while reading the lyrics. it's just so meaningful and the fact that taeyong wrote it makes me even more emotional .. i just love nct so much and respect them alot 😭
This is really such an iceberg song, I can’t even begin to imagine all the sacrifices and pain the went through in full. Giving up many of the most important years of your life, for a job that may or may not give back to you in the long run is really risky. I know they are really successful now, but in the future, after they close the chapter of spotlights and cameras in their lives, I hope they can look back and confidently say it was all worth it.
Doyoung's soft vocals fit the feels of the song perfectly and his ability to transfer the emotions of the song to listeners is impeccable. But the star of this song is Taeyong's and Mark's self written lyrics. I'm a new NCTzen so when I came across scandals old and new with regards to Taeyong, it was a little hard to digest because I couldn't see Taeyong as the person from his past scandals. But whatever it is, everyone is a human and whatever has happened is already done, whats important is the Taeyong infront of us now and we all know he radiates the biggest baby vibe and is so caring towards his members. We shouldn't let the past image of someone drag them down in the present when they are trying their hardest. And Mark's line "Everyday getting more spotlight than sunlight" and "For the future traded yesterday" .... Aside from our sun Haechan, Mark is another happy pill always giving out the sweetest of smiles and laughing at anything very easily so those meaning hurt even more. Not just Mark alone but all the members (and other artists) sacrificing the normal life of a teenager just to pour in years of sweat, tears, pain and effort to debut. To live their dreams but also let go of simple catch ups with friends or always being restrained just to avoid scandals and unwarranted bashing from people who think they know it all.... I honestly can't thank artists enough for always giving their all for the fans' enjoyment and always smiling so that they can put a smile on our face and be a source of strength for us. Sorry for the long comment but this song made me feel so much on many different levels. Taeyong really wrote such a personal song for us to listen. I hope we can all support him properly from the heart and stay by their side proper and be their source of strength just like how they are always there for us. I'm happy to support them and I'm anticipating to see how they will grow to be outstanding artists. Instead of getting hate that isn't even logical, people need to slow down on their tongue and words. Instead, start opening their perspectives to appreciate rough diamonds like this. I'm crying over how beautiful this masterpiece is.
i just wanted to let u know all taeyong rumours were false. all accusations to him were all exaggerated and straight up hate to him due to some jealous classmate of his. only thing that was true was once when he sold toy online, during delivery ot got misplaced so the buyer didn't get it so blamed on ty but ty said sorry but later buyer was rude and they had verbal argument. for all byllying accisations have been exposed and its all made by classmates.dispatch proved it. sm made ty say sorry even though it wasn't his fault. the only thing he did wrong was once he wrote insensitive comments but it wasn't directed at anyone but that classmate just blamed upon it ty and victim suffered. but now the case has been solved. the victim and ty are rooting for each other. Taeyong is the leader of nct. he is admired by all nct members. when the rumours came, i was suprised. but i didn't decide upon to believe upon it, because ty actions always seemed genuine. he adored and took care of younger trainees. 13 yr old jisung even said he want to be like ty. BoA who is celebrating her 20 yrs career even adored him and supported him. ofcourse BoA who have seen all bad and good things about entertainment society, knows to identify good people. so i chose to believe in taeyong. and finally this year, all accusations against taeyong were proven false and there are proofs showed by dispatch too. Sorry for my long messages. I just wanted to let u know. ty is always punching bag of jealous twitter stans when he is a soft boy who leads 22 members
This song hold special place in my heart 'cause it reminds me of the times years ago three friends of mine and I promised we'll reach our dreams and goals together...eventually, we naturally parted away working different jobs, different profession, meeting new people and adapting to new environment..but I can't help thinking how naive and stupid I was to think I'll be happier by now. I am happy, thank God I'm healthy, I have a stable job, roof above my head, every necessity I can afford, I can even spoil myself...but I cannot describe to you guys how fulfilling my days were with these three girls, we talked about our dreams, we shared interest, we shared passion. Heck, late night walks during summer time, street light illuminating calm streets down the path we used to walk, smiling or crying, together always. It's just...teenage girls living their lives as any teenager would. I miss those days and I'd spend a fortune to go back to relive at least one day, just one day where I breathed like a normal living being, like I am literally living life the way I want.
damn this song really be making me get in my “feelings” like dude something about how it sounds and doyoungs vocals and the raps especially marks just makes you have this emotion that seems so hard to explain to me sksksks but it’s literally such an amazing song
Istg same to me... This song is just so... Sad ☹️ Thats why i LOOOVE this song sm... Its also just gets me in my feelings. Such an beautiful, un appreciated song. One of my fav songs from nct :')
*I literally got Sooo emotional after hearing this* like seriously the lyrics r super deep and talks about their past regrets and times when they were still trainees especially Mark's rap hit me so freaking hard *I have so much respect for these boys.* They sacrificed their youth for their dream to become an idol. They might seem so glamorous and enviable at first glance but if u dig deep you'll see that they actually went through a whole lot to achieve what they are today sorry for my ted talk and my writing is not that good lol
“Everything is getting more spotlight then sunlight” this line is really deep nowadays everyone want to be older than they actually are and not giving themselves a chance to grow 💔
doyoung's vocals will forever be one of my favorite voices to listen to. I love that he was the only vocalist because it was a consistent voice for the chorus next to the ((lovely)) three rappers. Love this song A LOT
i still cant believe that this song has no live versions or anything else except for a really short ballad cover that they made in nct world. this absolute queen needed more recognition :(
(1:40am) This song reaches me for quite some time now.. I dont know, maybe for someone who's simply cant let go of her past, keep having series of nightmares of her own mistakes, for wanting to forget and move on but simply get pulled to the dark side of her brain.. i guess i understand. Hence why this song resonates with me more than any other NCT songs or even other artists.I hope he feels better now. Its really okay for us to just forget.. to start anew. To live, and to be happy again. I'm still learning to walk away with baby steps, but i know, that long awaited someday will be there for me. Thank you Taeyong for this. Thank you Mark, Doyoung, and Lucas too. ❤
after a 1 year and 9 months after getting dropped by a friend, this song finally gave me the courage to finally move on and feel at peace and not guilty about it. "Broken heart oh even if I try to let you go The story was carved deep inside my heart This short dream oh past memories The moments that won’t ever be forgotten My precious yesterday Tomorrow then yesterday Sorry that I walked away Tomorrow then yesterday My precious yesterday" it really resonates with my situation, no wonder i was in love with this song at first listen, even without knowing the english lyrics
So glad this song is getting attention again. Taeyong and mark worked so hard on their raps. Kinda cool that we got to see the 156 bus mark mentioned in his rap on ep 7of nct world 2.0
I wish i could erase the bad memories from the past, when i hurt someone with my words. But, without those memories i would've done the same mistakes again. Sometimes, after doing something bad, i feel like i don't deserve the second chance. But then i look on some idols who have done something wrong and have their careers hanging on a string. It makes me realise, that everyone deserves a second chance and we, as kpop fans, should not dismiss them right away. This song is a masterpiece and the lyrics hit really close. It's a shame that so many people haven't listened to it.
Yestoday deserves so much recognition because of how personal this song was for Taeyong. "Karma is on my neck." Taeyong's had such a bad past, but he deserves another chance because he is an adult and deserves the change to be recognize as man who grew up from being the immature kid to the respectful adult today💚
You know, every person has a diffrent way to relate to a song, to a poem, even if its not what the writer meant the readers or listeners take the part that relates to them and understand it like that. Thats why this song hits me right from my heart so so so hard and causes so much pain Dear yesterday. Dear yesterday
NGL I was ready to break it down not break down in sadness. This is my first time listening to this song, like actually really listening to the song and reading the lyrics and wow. It really hits close to the heart. Also love how the comments are coming up with interpretations for the song, really poetic.
Honestly I can seriously relate to these lyrics when i was reading Taeyongs rap it was everything how I was feeling after I just got out of a depression this song has really deep meaning and its now so special to me. I hope people feel the same way about this song(even though ik this song isn't about depression)
people should really appreciate these kind of songs, regardless of the language.. this song's better than most western songs.. and meaningful too.. people in my country always mock k-pop coz of language.. well, they're missin' half of their lives 💁
this song means alot to me. everytime i listen it isay yeah i did some bad things, maybe i broke some peoples heart but who did all thoso things was me and my mistakes made me who i am. we all heared things about ty but its him. and if we cant change things we did then why we dont accept it and say that i am who iam. with all my faults.
I had a panic attack at school and came home and cried for like two hours and then decided to look up the lyrics for this song and now I’m crying even more Good song though
The thing that i really love about Nct is that each members have unique and incredible voice💓Taeyong, Mark and Lucas are really good K-pop rapper and Doyoung voice is just too much, I can't describe how good his voice is💓I wish I could see their live performance performance 😘may be not in this lifetime😔
Lucas rapping in English.
What a concept.
He did live in the US for high school, I'm pretty sure so
Except the rap makes literally no fucking sense LMAO

"Do you think about me too? Do you always cry? When it rains, when the pain comes in shame, when the fame is a jade and I'm born to be made?"
That is really powerful. He's asking his future self whether he'll think of his past self, just as he does in his present, when he's at his best and when everything comes crashing down.

"Even if there is a right, now I can only dream about you holding me tight. Can you hold me tight?"
He's asking that his future self never rejects him, who will be the past. That even if tomorrow's him realizes that what he did wasn't the right that he thought it would have been and there's a better option, that his future self will still embrace his past self as part of him.
I was in fucking tears when I heard this one verse after so long. 😭
Then Doyoung ends the song with a different version of the chorus where he instead faces that he can't let go of his past, as it was "a story carved deep inside my heart" and that he wants to treasure all the yesterdays he's had. He apologizes to his yesterday for walking away before, but now he faces that every tomorrow becomes a precious yesterday.
@@stardriplix This... got me deep, seriously. Perfect.
I really really really really really really need doyoung last part in this song repeating on lop
Salma k-j same
Salma k-j ruclips.net/video/ZkpkcoWw-Vs/видео.html you’re welcome
Salma k-j haha same
Now you got yesterday 2.0 acoustic on mnet lmao
Nct Word 2.0 they did it
Mark's flow though 👏
In Marks rap at 1:34 he says *"For the future traded yesterday"*
Sacrificing his childhood, knowing he won't get to do what normal kids do, and putting in hard work and effort to work for his future as an idol.
I love an icon, thank you for the pleasure you give us Mark Lee
edit: But imma just go cry in a corner now
😭
Do you know what even sadder? I just read someone explaining Mark's lyrics.
"drowning in the looks that are getting worse" = being bashed or judged by people
Taeyongs lyrics and flow is really good !! also doyoungs voice!
i remember when ppl bullied tae for scamming and he broke down into tears in an interview so when i was reading the lyrics i thought of that and my heart shattered. :(
Is it safe to say that NCT has the strongest rappers in SM?
No
Say that loud and clear
Everyone acknowledges it.
SAY IT LOUDER
•Taeyong literally wrote this song and owning it
•Doyoung's perfect and angelic voice it'll make your heart melt
•Lucas rapping in english like a pro
•Mark being the best mark we know
This song is a freakin' masterpiece!💚🥺
when doyoung came in I felt my heart explode
Taeyong's lines. And these
"The only way you can be alone is to feel confident"
"If memories made me, then we make today. I hope u like it where I am now"
Omaygad. I can totally relate to this song. Not just an Idol. An ARTIST indeed.
Hi, are you okay?
You all must know that Doyoung is my bias ♡
Feel you~ ^^ THEY MUST KNOW.
맙소사Anomie. Doyoung is Doyoung's bias too. :)

Taeyong doyoung and with mark just make this song really addicting! Doyoung’s vocals are perfect!
Yall are like “oMg tHeIr vOicEs” and I’m sitting here, depressed af, because the lyrics are so frickin deep
Holy shit I didn't expect Lucas to rap in English this is my everything now. And Doyoung's voice? God damn---
This song makes me so emotional,,, especially taeyong. He's kinda my rolemodel. He works so hard, cares about the group like a mom, and is just making me cry. The lyrics to this song is real.
"sorry that i walked away" left a BIG impact on me. and doyoung's calming voice makes me heal...
1:15 can we appreciate Mark’s transition from Korean to English, that bit was 🔥
This is really such an iceberg song, I can’t even begin to imagine all the sacrifices and pain the went through in full. Giving up many of the most important years of your life, for a job that may or may not give back to you in the long run is really risky. I know they are really successful now, but in the future, after they close the chapter of spotlights and cameras in their lives, I hope they can look back and confidently say it was all worth it.
This song are going to be on my top 5 songs. And Doyoung vocal just bless my ear.
When Doyoung goes 'sorry that I walked away ay ay ay ay' Idk why but that hits hard
Would be pls not talk about Taeyong's past
Plz delete ur comment
Past is past
Don't bring up it to give us Taeyong's fans all those night mare
@@nthapa2640 plz delete
Plz kindly don't repeat it
@@rebekablackwood okay. But I was telling he did nothing. All rumours were false so they can love ty with no doubt
You bet i replayed lucas’s english rapping 152617 times
Lucas and Mark's parts are so gooood
Doyoung's voice♥
Lucas part 😍
Mark traded his yesterday for his future. Those days, laughing and joking around, traded away for his future and his career.
LUCAS OMG OMG
Doyoung must be an angel, there is no other explanation.
Ugh when Doyoung sang ‘sorry that I walked away’ I FELT THAT
WHY IS DOYOUNG SO TALENTED HIS VOICE IS LIKE LIQUID GOLD
Doyoung's vocals are life
I just love the way Mark raps . wow
damn this song really be making me get in my “feelings” like dude something about how it sounds and doyoungs vocals and the raps especially marks just makes you have this emotion that seems so hard to explain to me sksksks but it’s literally such an amazing song
Istg same to me... This song is just so... Sad ☹️ Thats why i LOOOVE this song sm... Its also just gets me in my feelings. Such an beautiful, un appreciated song. One of my fav songs from nct :')
*I literally got Sooo emotional after hearing this*
like seriously the lyrics r super deep and talks about their past regrets and times when they were still trainees
especially Mark's rap hit me so freaking hard
*I have so much respect for these boys.* They sacrificed their youth for their dream to become an idol. They might seem so glamorous and enviable at first glance but if u dig deep you'll see that they actually went through a whole lot to achieve what they are today
sorry for my ted talk and my writing is not that good lol
“Everything is getting more spotlight then sunlight” this line is really deep nowadays everyone want to be older than they actually are and not giving themselves a chance to grow 💔
NCT really must not be slept on! They're so good!!
marks flow is so 🔥🔥
doyoung's yesterday ay ay ay ay is the backbone of this song he sounds soooo good
doyoung's vocals will forever be one of my favorite voices to listen to. I love that he was the only vocalist because it was a consistent voice for the chorus next to the ((lovely)) three rappers. Love this song A LOT
i know right! i love him the most among the vocal line and mark for rap line..doyoung's voice is so soothing, cool and just perfect
oh my poor taeyongie
i wish i could comfort you. It really breaks my heart to see you sad. Its gonna be alright my love
honestly, Taeyong's rap is very sincere and deep, it is a serious matter ..
i still cant believe that this song has no live versions or anything else except for a really short ballad cover that they made in nct world. this absolute queen needed more recognition :(
“I hope you like it where im now” i felt like this is for his mum, poor mark :(( sacrifice his family and childhood for his future
*ay ay ay ay*
fighting!! ❤❤

i keep on repeating mark's rap part.. MAKR WE LIKE WHERE YOU RE NOW. YOU WORKED SO HARD AND YOU DESERVE ALL THE BEST
after a 1 year and 9 months after getting dropped by a friend, this song finally gave me the courage to finally move on and feel at peace and not guilty about it.
"Broken heart oh even if I try to let you go
The story was carved deep inside my heart
This short dream oh past memories
The moments that won’t ever be forgotten
My precious yesterday
Tomorrow then yesterday
Sorry that I walked away
Tomorrow then yesterday
My precious yesterday"
it really resonates with my situation, no wonder i was in love with this song at first listen, even without knowing the english lyrics
Keep your head up! You are too good for your friend
@@ninikikilashvili4926 thank you so much!!! i appreciate it 💕
Lucas: Do you think about me too?
Me: Yes, everyday...
"sorry that i walked away" iM NOT CRYING YOU ARE
Doyoung's voice is very melodiousಥ‿ಥ
Lucas's rap made me cry..idk why, but anyway, i love this song :')
This song is so good omg before I searched the lyrics I knew it was Doyoung singing I know his voice too well
"I'm sorry that i walked away " it makes me cry..
Yestoday deserves so much recognition because of how personal this song was for Taeyong.
"Karma is on my neck."
Taeyong's had such a bad past, but he deserves another chance because he is an adult and deserves the change to be recognize as man who grew up from being the immature kid to the respectful adult today💚
2:02 Lucas said " Do you think about me too?""
Yesssss baby 24/7 ;(
You know, every person has a diffrent way to relate to a song, to a poem, even if its not what the writer meant the readers or listeners take the part that relates to them and understand it like that.
Thats why this song hits me right from my heart so so so hard and causes so much pain
Dear yesterday. Dear yesterday
Haven’t quite listened to the entire album yet but I already know this is the best song. I love this
NGL I was ready to break it down not break down in sadness.
This is my first time listening to this song, like actually really listening to the song and reading the lyrics and wow. It really hits close to the heart.
Also love how the comments are coming up with interpretations for the song, really poetic.
Damn Mark why you gotta make me cry like that...
Taeyong’s lyrics 💔
LUCAS...
this is actually the song that made me think Lucas is fluent in English because girl..HIS PRONUNCIATION IS LIT
Ikrrrr and he even sometimes sounds American or British lol
"the only way you can be alone is to feel confident" - lee taeyong 2018 🦋
All my bias singing this song. PERFECT
I want more from NCT 2018, all of them, give me a chance to fall in love with them SM tq
Just came here again cause of nct 2020 AHAHHAHA mark is funnyy andd indeed doyoungs voice is from another level
I had a panic attack at school and came home and cried for like two hours and then decided to look up the lyrics for this song and now I’m crying even more
Good song though
Honestly....Mark slayed my life
I LOVE LUCAS DEEP VOICE
My breathing stopped when I first heard Lucas rapping in english. I sWeAr. Then when I tried to breath again, my heart went craaaaaaaazy.
taeyong deserves all the spotlight he gets so pls support him
.....after mark sing while jaehyun playing the piano (nct world 2.0)
“Sorry that I walked away”
I love that part
2:50 / 2:51
The thing that i really love about Nct is that each members have unique and incredible voice💓Taeyong, Mark and Lucas are really good K-pop rapper and Doyoung voice is just too much, I can't describe how good his voice is💓I wish I could see their live performance performance 😘may be not in this lifetime😔
*okay but Lucas' rap is just amazing. im crying.*
