My right shoulder is clearly lower than the left. A LOT of pain in my lower right back, but severe joint paint in my left groin. 🙏 this helps. Thank you!
You have a knot in your glute. Get a lacrosse ball and find it, pressure for one minute. Do this twice a day until it releases. Stretch it out afterwards. Worked for my 30 year sciatic pain
You have to look at the cause not just the symptoms. Usually due to muscular imbalances resulting from poor technique and/or specific lifestyle habits. Address these. Don't just focus on a bunch of isolated mobility and strength exercises, they won't create meaningful long-term change.
So we do the internal rotation movements on the that side we are leaning towards or the side we’re leaning away from? (Also same with external rotation - is do the external movements on the side we’re leaning away from or leaning twords ?)
Interesting. I have a higher right hip and my right femur is internally rotated exactly as shown but my internal rotation is still awful despite this. Both legs have excessive external rotation and almost no internal rotation, this makes sense for the lower left hip in terms of muscular involvement but makes no sense for the right leg. I have had an MRI and will get my results soon but based on what I've been told and what I've figured out myself/feel, I think my main issue in the left hip is impingement and the right hip likely has some bone deformity. My question if you don't mind answering is: would a stable SUFE present in this manner? I also have an externally rotated tibia and right foot to compensate for the more adducted femur position. Also weak/inhibited right glued medius. Just for additional context.
Also using the visual demo as the normal example, my legs differ a bit. The forward left leg that's slightly out is exactly the same, but the right leg is pretty different. The main difference though, is that my right leg has more knee flexion and my left leg has more knee extension if I am just stood upright as in the example. Also my right arm is the one that hangs higher up with the letter hanging lower down. This is likely due to how twisted to the left my body is above the pelvis.
Thanks to the sin of crossing my legs at my desk! I bought a thing of foot pedals so that it forces my feet to be in front of me properly. It really does help! It hangs from an arm so i can move my feet around too
Right this isn’t how I am, my right hip is hiked and lacking in IR My left leg is lower lacking in ER So how does that work? I’ve bought your program can you please explain? Each day I get up my hip flexors are tight my right pelvic floor is tight
My body makes so much more sense now
damn ur saving my life out here

Can you provide specific exercises since these aren’t it
I’m shifted left but right hip is high low right shoulder (instable due to dislocations) and right hip ir is very low

I cant open the linked Video in Facebook App. What are the exercises?

If Im leaning to the left because of poor right foot pronation and dorsiflexion but also poor same side internal rotation, does that still fit here?
Really appreciate your shorts and how you go through step by step! Btw you might want to increase the audio (it's really quiet)
What would you do if your right hip is hiked up and left shoulder is dropped?
So the high hip is the one with a lower shoulder... Thanks man
What's the exercise to help. He describes the problem but not what to do.
All exercises where shown in this short and he showed a video at the end to see a further explanation.
My right leg is lower and left leg shorter. Right shoulder higher and left lower. So frustrating
How does one fix the shoulder problem
Thank you. We had one of your pelvic fixes. But you took down the video? You were on a stool then arms on the floor. Not sure if was correct. 👍
Great presentation ❤
feels like my body is shifted to the right and my right side has more more external rotation and no internal rotaion

Well, this identified an issue for me, but I still have no idea what to do about it! 😅
Need more definition. This is confusing.

So how does that work?
I’ve bought your program can you please explain? Each day I get up my hip flexors are tight my right pelvic floor is tight
I have anterior pelvic tilt can you make tutorial on that
they of course have many videos on that on the channel...
Finally😢
Yesss especially when my neck is out of alignment & my money grubbing chiropractor is always on vacation
Can I email you a question about left rhomboid parasthesia? No knoxville chiro or pt have been familiar with this
Bro, I need to learn how to fix this. Which book do you recommend?
And what's the answer??
Ok so can you give us a few exercises?
Aha! You're speaking. Good.
i have this but it also occurs in my shoulder! they are connected, i have a big permanent knot somewhere near the rib connected to the T5 vertebrae
It doesn't really say how to fix it....
DUDE IT’S LIKE YOU KNOW ME

Both cuties!
Too complicated explanation and too fast. Long video is too much talking than showing.
