Think you need a reset, delete earbuds in BT settings. And Pair them again, otherwise you might have a malfunction. But the reset thing is most of the time the answer on this problem
If you are having problems with only one of the earbuds functioning try unpairing both CY-T2 that is paired in your Bluetooth and the. turning the earbuds on and off again multiple times If that does not work try unpairing angai turning it off and on once at the same .. then try double clicking the lights of both earbuds at the same time. You should here a sound
@@P45fr first make sure that when you charge them, the red lights are on. Now go to mobile Bluetooth, than go to already paired devices, than forget/reset the Bluetooth device. Now plug out both the earbuds at the same time. And connect, it will hopefully work. When we plug out one earbud first and than second earbud, it causes issues, take out both earbuds at same time will work hopefully 😊
I purchased it today. It's working well.
Only my right earbuds connects to phone, seocund one doesn't connect at all, I can use both earbuds in the same time, they won't pair together

You can't because it doesn't have 3 digits to show 100% if you don't know it means your earbuds are fully charged
