I had two older Fimi X8 SE 2020, May and June build that had a bad tilted horizon issue. I recently purchased a new Fimi X8 SE 2020 with an August build. The new Fimi has no horizon tilt right out of the box. I assume that you have done the advanced gimbal calibrations? One thing I noticed with my two previous Fimi's was that the front of the camera wasn't parallel to the front of the drone frame. Just by sight using the advanced gimbal calibrations I moved the Y-axis to have the camera face parallel to the drone face. Then I did the remaining advanced gimbal calibrations on a target across the room. That minimized the tilted horizon issue with the older Fimi's. See if your Fimi has the camera face parallel to the drone face after the basic gimbal calibration (Not the advanced gimbal calibrations). It is interesting that my new Fimi S8 SE 2020 had the camera face parallel to drone face right out of the box. The newest Fimi had no horizon tilt without doing any gimbal calibrations. Even still, I did do the advanced gimbal calibrations to the newest Fimi. Horizon tilt is nowhere to be seen. Whether it is that the newest drone build fixed the tilt issue, or that Fimi is doing a better setup before shipping the X8 SE 2020 drone is not known.
Hello ty for your information , have done easy gimbal calibration and also try to changes y axis many times but no succes but its still as you see in this video. today i got Fimi to open for advanced gimbal calibration so i hope this will solve my problem. will check it out tomorow when i can fly. maybe you was lucky with your 2020 v out of the box.
Maybe it have something to do with, that its 3-axis Gimbal 4K (3840x2160p) @ 30, 25,2 4 FPS Camera works at 2.7K (2716x1524p) @ 60/50/30/25/24 FPS, instead of the 2K (2560 x 1440p) @ 60/50 ... FPS resolution we all know, and runs after upload + convert here on youtube. Exspecially the aspect ratio is with both resolutions a little bit different. 2,0K (2560 x 1440p) = 1,77 : 1 or (16 : 9) 1 part = 160p 2,7K (2716 x 1524p) = 1,78 : 1 or (16 : 9) 1 part = 169,75p But the cam makes the same beautiful Videos, like you document abandoned places with your hand cam in your country !
Still Same problem after 6 sided drone and gimbal calibrations. have asked Fimi when will they do and firmware upgrade for this problem ,but they not gave any clear answer back - Soon they answered.

Least the environment still looks pretty :) Where in Norway do you live? My ancestors came from Telemark, farms along the lake Tinn :)

Should not have , this was filmed 2.7k 60FPS . but i will try out different formats see if it keep horizon level steady .
Nowadays the problem exist?
Still Same problem after 6 sided drone and gimbal calibrations. have asked Fimi when will they do and firmware upgrade for this problem

@@Abandoned-Norway I hope they will fix it.
Whats the name of the big Town?
Send Fimi your drone I'd from the app and they will unlock the 6 sided calibration that should fix this issue
Have done 6 sided calibrations but its not helping. if i set gimbal gain 26% its help little.
