Evasive maneuver is additive while ECM is multiplicative. Basically EM just subtracts 5% from accuracy (I've heard only ground-based weapons but I have not verified that) while ECM multiplies against the remaining accuracy and then removes that amount from the weapons accuracy.

However, at the moment I just don’t have the time to edit videos to include deck screenshots (because of the hours I put into twitch, recording, and working full-time) and hit a video every ~two days. So for now just ask whenever you want one and I’ll be happy to send it :) might be able to include them in future videos if I find the time or change my upload rate
I have no problems with people “stealing” my decks. After all, you have to know how to use all the units together effectively anyway. Sometimes it can be a hamper as well since my deck won’t necessarily fit someone else’s play style :)
If you’re talking about the instance from the ~9:30 mark then the Eagle only used ~400 fuel (1000/1400 left) and shot 2 sidewinders so re-supply cost for that is really low 👍🏻

The Rapier and Stinger LML are brutal now. If you bring em in with two stripe they get 75% accuracy. Even against high ECM youve got decent hit rates.

refueling and rearming happen simultaniously. Basically, you just have to wait for the longest of the two. So keep evacing your planes!
