FYI.... This is a biological female who says she is gender fluid. The LP stands for Laura Pergolizzi. Her mother passed away when LP was a teenager and her mother was a trained opera singer. LP also had some operatic training and discovered her unique sound through all the many vocalizations used to warm up her voice. I watched a short interview that she gave years ago explaining this. Very unique voice all the same. I have never been one to judge someone's music by how a person looked. If the music speaks to you.....that's all that matters. As a society, we have been conditioned to base everything on appearance.

Not sure LP makes a bad track. Definitely someone who, like Ren, created a path uniquely custom to a sound and style no one else has been able to match. I'd adore seeing those two collab.

You HAVE to check out one of their first songs “INTO THE WILD”… I heard it for the first time on the letterman show over 10 years ago and installing fell in love with the voice and music style. Plus there’s more whistling; which is always awesome.

Hard to work out which of LP's talent's is the greater; her phenomenal and unique vocals or her brilliant song-writing. Maybe it's a tie. After her stepping back and handing over so many of her original songs to other famous artists to 'shine' with - it's been incredibly moving in more recent years to see her step out to centre stage and perform her own work (and with such SWAG! } in her own right. Her stage presence is 'everything' too!

Incredible singer. I never heard of her until i'd heard a cover of this track by Scott Hoying and Mario Lopez. They did a version over the Hans Zimmer track from the movie Inception. That is also incredible, and would highly recommend watching that version too.

I couldn't stop listening to this song after I heard it for the first time and spent the rest of the night boogying to it. LP has quite a catalog of awesome songs. Is it crazy that I keep thinking LP and Ren should collaborate? They're both incredible singers and songwriters, amazing live performers and so unique. LP's journey to success would make a great movie...so many chances of success that fell short, dropped by Warner Bros (she was a songwriter for many top artists)--if you can imagine people who are supposed to be able to judge music dropping them!--and catching request from a Greek studio while scrolling through her twitter account after not having checked it in a while...and she was on her way to sharing her talent with the world. I can not imagine not having been able to hear this voice! Everyone should or they are missing out! She went from low to high and keeps soaring!
