Does anyone know the scientific name of this species? I would be very keen to know.

I have tried this numerous times and found that it does rip out at times especially casting from the shore. Any tips here ?.

Nice video! I fished the same in the Kromme over December however couldnt not keep a bait for longer than 5 minutes and the small fish chowed it off, no matter were we tried. Any advise?
