Speaking as someone who works in a service industry (i'm a floor worker in a nightclub), getting aggressive to someone because you're not prepared with your order isn't ok. I deal with abuse on a nightly basis (the main culprit of that being when i have to kick people out of the cubicles because they're sharing, something that isn't allowed in our club), and at the end of the day, we're just doing our jobs, there is no need to shout or get mean. Just because we're serving you or cleaning up after you doesn't mean we don't deserve respect and politeness.
