I have the same car, but the pre-facelift model. I’m a huge fan of this car; it surprisingly offers a lot of space for its size, along with good performance. It’s not even a GTI or anything similar, but for occasional long-distance travel, it’s a super comfortable car that lets you cruise down highways with a reserve of power. One of disadvantage would be materials (hard plastic spaces in the area of often touching surfaces)
This the vid that we were expecting! Nice car, top all rounder, best buy for that money 😊 still remained some classic look in it. I like manual hand brake and manual transmission.
@@Mr11ESSE111its a light car with good aerodynamics equipped with economical 1.5 tsi and automatic transmission long gears notice it's just over 2.5k rmp at 140 km/h
I mean it's nice enough, but over 43k euro for what is essentially a fat skoda fabia? man... Pretty sure you could buy a top of the line Superb for that money a couple of years ago.
@@Mr11ESSE111 Good viewing angle. But Bmw 1.5 Benz has 3 cylinders (only), and future maintenance is a real hell, their premium parts are really expensive. On the other hand, this Skoda runs well, good engine, and the price can go down, if you don't take the MC version. I don't need a panorama, and Scala is the queen of legroom and headroom. I just sat in the salon, and I will go for a test drive.

Mega Performance!
Fuel consumption on higher speeds is very impressive. Can't wait for mine to arrive in 4 months. Thanks for the detailed review!

45 mpg at 140 km/h is excellent.

@@mateusz4897 still i would check with reservoir adding fuel
@@Mr11ESSE111 as far as I know volkswagen's computers don't lie too much maybe 0,2l/100km if you measure poured gas on tank station to full tank
Kalkisi cok iyi 👍🏻
Skoda always had very optimistic speedometer.
Machst du den neuen Mazda 3 mit 140 PS (2.5) wenn er verfügbar ist?
7.6sec😮 45 mpg👏
I feel like this car has every optional extra under the sun lol
Is that ev9 in the background yours for filming?
yes
I would like to buy this car in the future. Is it more than 30.000€?
It starts from around 17500 euros in our country, but the version here is from 23000 euros and can rise up to 39000 euros max equipment
consumption at 130km/h is missing

The indicated speeds cannot be taken seriously, vehicles from the VW Group always show significantly higher speeds than they actually drive...
My 2019 Fabia shows up around 2mph faster at all speeds (up to around 100 mph) than GPS. So I'm not sure that's true.
today its mostly true in the 5% region, unless you put on the smallest allowed wheelsize. but yes, 20 years ago the speedos where veeeery optimistic.
with this equip this Scala costs near to new bmw 1 diesel 150hp base spec
Yes but the BMW is "bald" with extras
@@Seba03111976 if you go on bmw1 then its fine
Yep, but this is a people's car, decent maintenance, much spacier and they take your scalp off at Bmw service stations...
@@robiszi7932 if peoples car costs as bmw then its better to take bmw
