- Today (1st October 2023) I went to the Hot Rod & Custom Car Show at Hayling Island
It was a bit windy and overcast with the threat of rain, which luckily didn’t arrive whilst I was there.
The cars made up for that though. There was a great turnout. Many I’ve seen before, but there were many more that I hadn’t .
As with the last time I was there, they have background music playing. Which is copyright , so I’ve inserted my own and removed the original sound. It doesnt Matter though as it was quite windy and the noise wasn’t good. Negatively though, I’ve lost some good engine sounds .

I thought this might be the last show if the year, but it looks like there will be another one on 15th October in Portsmouth somewhere .

I see there were more pickups than anything else.
That’s quite normal as they’re quite a bit cheaper than similar age cars
When’s the next show there?
I’m sorry but I don’t know. It will be sometime next year though. Everything’s pretty much finished for the season now.
