bro i have a question. im using lumion 11.5. when i lower the sun height, why is the environment still bright? it doesn't look like a night scene? thank you

Is there an option to add lights (lamps/candle/etc) inside/outside the building and turn them on at certain point of the video timeline (ex: when the sky goes dark)? You know like when you have daylight you turn the lights off and when it starts to go dark, the light start to be turned on? If there is, can you explain how to do it?

Yep - I think the setting is actually located in the lights themselves, but I'll have to go back and check. Will add to my list of videos to make - thanks!

Anyone know how to remove the slowing effect in the video? Usually in a clip the beginning will go from slow to fast, and then in end it kinda fast and then slower. Can we make just straight speed? Thankyou

@@TheRenderingEssentials thank you for your response. I figured it out by using layer visibility effect, putting the components you want to disappear into a layer in desired time/keyframe. I made a short flythrough using Lumion 8.

Depends on what you're trying to do, what your budget is, what kind of rendering you need to create, etc. Personally I'm a big fan of Lumion - it lets me focus on the final result instead of spending hours messing with camera settings

Can you stack views / keyframes on top of each other; or do two views that are the same and set a video clip duration? For instance if I didn't want my camera to move but wanted the sun/clouds to animate from morning to night?

Yep - Pretty sure you'd just take one photo, then set the duration on that page. Keyframe creation would be the same - just create a point on the timeline

Correct - a real-sky is an HDRI, so it wouldn't really make sense to use it for a time lapse since it's a fixed image....
