    Hey Duncan! Huge fan of your main channel (since like 7k) and where this channel is heading. As a maths enthusiast it’s just the perfect combo! Just one suggestion, if you could enable dark mode on your iPad to have a black or dark grey background and a white/colourful writing colour it would make it much more relaxing visually in my opinion. Love the content so far keep it up!

    Mega confusion. I have an algebra 1 test tomorrow and some of the problems ask about f(x) if x = (for example) 3+2x and it’s so confusing. Im so gonna fail

    • @bruhbruhbruhbruh8396
      @bruhbruhbruhbruh8396 Год назад +2

      Think about it this way. Using f(x) for example, “f” just means that it’s a function, and the (x) is the input into that function. To give you a basic example, we have f(z) = 3z + 4 where z = 2. We see that the input to the function, (z) is equal to 2. Therefore, we substitute 2 into the function process (the part after the equals sign, aka 3z +4) and we get: 3(2) + 4. Simplify, and we get 10. Simple. I hope this helped.
