Bro I faced same problem now unable to sit for 30min total damage, 3yrs experience in startup salary also not increased no they saying company is going loss so no hike for past 2yrs, so I put paper, after that my team members also put paper, now company is black mailing me to extend notice and talking very rude also they saying if you not obey they'll give bad review on bg verification, I don't have idea to face this problem, plz help me.
No private job can garuantee job security. So dont get mislead by this video. Every industry requires life long learning. As long as you are learning and adoptable no one can replace you.
