Carol at #4 is insulting. She saved the gang from terminus. She protected Alexandria from the wolves. She took out the saviors that were holding her and Maggie prisoner. She killed a bunch of saviors on the road. She hatched the plan to kill Alpha and recruited Negan to execute it. She even got Ezekiel to drop his Shakespeare act around her. #4. Pfft.

I don't think any of the currently known characters are dangerous. Why? They're playing survival on easy mode.
The most dangerous character is the one that had to survive in hard mode from day one. They're the scrapy underdog, the one who had to pull out every stop and more to survive to see the next day. More so if you've spent pre-walker life struggling to catch up with everyone else, those would be the people I'd call dangerous if they're still alive in the current series timeline.
However, each known character has the right to call themselves hardened in at least one respect, no more than Carol. She survived abuse and more trauma than one person should experience.

This list is so funny it almost seems like a spoof. Morgan was dangerous? Spinoff aside, he was only in a few seasons, and he spent half of that time swinging a stick, telling everyone that life is precious and he won’t kill. LOL. Morgan was the least dangerous person on that entire show.
Also… The governor had the biggest military power? LOL. What kind of joke is this? He had a tank and some weapons, but basically a few thugs that barely knew how to fight. His operation was tiny compared to Negan’s saviors, which was composed of hundreds of brutal thugs with shitloads of weapons. And the Commonwealth had a legit military with protective outfits, machine guns and industrial manufacturing capability, all at a time when other communities were out of tech and reverting to medieval practices.

What are we talking about Walking Dead fans? 🤣 The man who literally convinced an community into luring in innocent people by promising them sanctuary just to slaughter them and eat them.
