- Menstruation is a crucial aspect of reproductive health which is orchestrated by hormones of the ovaries and pituitary gland. If pregnancy doesn't occur, the 28 days cycle restarts.

That´s extremely helpful, thank you - this was never properly explained to me at school, and I was confused by some info online
I'love menstruacio
This has confused me since grade 10......I'm in the 12 grade now I im clear of everything.....thank you sooo much sir❤
real
Important topic + good information, but would have been better with a female voice actor + different graphics (the repetitive use of exclusively distressed & crying cartoon women was unsettling -- there's a lot more to a person's menstrual cycle than the week or so where they're experiencing these symptoms...you could have discussed trends in mood and symptoms in other parts of the cycle as well). That said, thanks for the info!
Yes
I needed that thank you
This actually really helped
Thank you, this is helpful.
A myth was to not have a hair cut during period, but I still do. Shaving is something else, makes sense, because of how the blood circulates, and a skin cut could had ended in an infection being that in period time, you're at a vulnerable moment.
I like how this small video easily replaces all of sex ed ever taught in school.
Thank you soooo much!!!❤
whyy nature? just why?
couldn't have come up with something easier?
But you like having such wide colour spectrum and not only, don't you?
@@AndreeaCe 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Great explanation, however it's too complex for my male brain to follow.
thanks is very good
Check out one of these videos instead:
Simple: "The Menstrual Cycle" from Nemours KidsHealth
In-depth: "The menstrual cycle" from Osmosis from Elsevier
This video presents the information in a harder to follow way and overplays/focuses too much on the pain and mood swing aspect of periods (some women don't even have any pain or mood swings at all). And some of the graphics are downright disturbing, I'm genuinely unsure if 2:28 is meant to be an assault scene or if it was just incredibly poorly done/not well thought out.
As a man I feel I am put thru these cycles along side the women but just in a different way. Im generally moody and disagreeable until the day 11-17 window.
I no understand nothing.
😂😂😂
what?
Rewatch bro
@@Wommala_odi_poidu Not really intetested.
This how u know a Nigerian 😅
The world would be so much easier if women had synchronized cycles.
1-5 endometrium breaks
6-13 ovaries secret estrogen
14 egg is released. Progesterone= thick n soft uterus
11-17 fertile period, sperms stay 2-3days
18-28 infertile period.
Is it safe to have sex on the 8th day from the first day of menstruation with 28days cycle?please help
No, that would likely fall around the ovulation phase meaning fertility and high chance of pregnancy @@janicegalinato9008
This is great thanks
@janicegalinato9008 Hi, no it's not. 1-6 is safe.
@janicegalinato9008 I'd say up to day up to day 10 from the start, you're safe. Day 11 is somehow risky cuz that's 3 days before the eggs are released. Then day 18 to the start of the next period is good.
Mood swings happen about as often as the side effects listed on any prescription
Thank you 4 this
1:48 - Phase 1
So, we should do it inside only from day 1 to day 11?
Did you just dismiss the phase 4 altogether?
My sister told me to watch this for further understanding... I still dont understand :D
What don't you understand?
Your lucky boy
also really should mention that although its females are in their infertile period during the end, that its not an excuse to not use protection!!!
Protection from what?
@@gushardy4421 like condoms
@@gushardy4421 protection from having a baby
It doesn't really hurt that bad it's js feels uncomfortable💀
🔥👏🏼
Why people why
I have to be at the toilet on my period menstrual cycle
theirs no such thing as menstruation in Minecraft
First comment 😂
18 to 28 is safe for sex without protection
Not 100% safe
@@Shes.naomiihow not 100%? Please explain.
@gushardy4421 because of the ovam, we all have different cycles just because it's day 18 it doesn't mean that the ovam won't be present for everyone. Yes, there's a chance you won't get pregnant but it's not 100% safe some people still get pregnant
Ew this video was so annoying
Wdym 💀💀
Wth do you mean
Great info! I wish it were more inclusive though :( not every menstruating person is a woman
I probably havn’t heard a dumber comment than this one…

Some people are intersex, meaning they were born with male and female genitalia, and others are transgender and I’m assuming didn’t have surgery or aren’t taking hormones yet so they still menstruate.
Or they just don’t want to. I don’t judge it’s not my body or life
