Ignore them after they reach out too. The only reason why they would want you back is because it didn't workout between them and the other people they were dating. This happened to me as the dumper and I still think about the ones that I never heard from again. I'm the dumpee this time.

Ain't gon' lie your videos have really helped me through my last break up, she broke up with me on December 2022, I remember I chased her for 1week and luckily for me I found your video on my RUclips feeds and since January 3rd, I've been on no contact, and just yesterday she called 6times and I picked the 7th one although I was busy. Now NC day 2. I have initiated NC again after a failed 3 day NC and me responding to him bread crumbing me "checking up on me after surgery". I could feel myself falling into the long msgs so then I said thanks for checking up on me, i'm home from surgery. NC since then. I want to be pursued. I'm no longer chasing.

When I broke up with my girlfriend, I was fine for about a week or two. After that, the pain was almost unbearable, even though I was convinced that I did the right thing. I didn’t expect that breaking up with someone was almost as bad as being dumped.
Unfortunately, I lost my willpower and went back to her after three weeks. We lasted 2 more months but she eventually broke up with me. I wish I had used the No contact tactic, but I maintained contact and made it much worse on myself. I’m still struggling to get over it and thankfully, I am getting better.
Same happened to me. I broke up with my ex, 1 week later we had s*x twice , then she tells me it’s not working. Somehow I feel used but at the same time I know I messed up by keeping in contact with her. Now I know what to do, *No contact* and on to the next one.

I agree with not rushing back in a relationship. The main most important question everyone should think about is how will they know they won't suffer another breakup from them again. I'm learning that, but i haven't heard from my ex. I'll never know when a reconnection will happen again.
I recently had a break up. I caught him texting another lady, I asked him to be honest because we had stated a couple weeks before we are together just us. He wasn’t totally honest he was leaving for work asked me to stay so we could talk about it when he got home. My anxiety reached a super high level and I left him a break up note and left. We barely spoke for the next couple days and after he had some time to think about it he didn’t want to continue the relationship due to me going to the extremes and not being able to talk it out. I realized I made a huge mistake and I want him back but I am giving him his space. It’s been two weeks and he texts the “bestie” messages here and there.

Him and I have kind of started over in a kind of way. It’s been a month and we seem to be almost we’re we left off, I think you should learn from each break up and if it’s right you can have a better relationship then before if both of u are willing to work at it.

Lol when I broke up with my girl she initiated it. She thought I would keep calling and begging to get back with her. She thought I would still be friends with her like we used to be before we dated. One day I’m like why am I doing this to myself, she’s gone! So she called and I told her nicely, I don’t want to talk to you so stop calling my phone. She said ok like she didn’t care. Than she calls a week later asking why I’m mad and why I don’t want to talk/see her. Another week she’s calling asking if I can get her weed and a T-Mobile phone. I said I have weed but not for you CLICK! For the next 7 years she calls my phone here and there in private and hangs up. I know it’s her but refuse to even ask or care. I thought to myself if she’s doing this with her bf, imagine what she was doing when I was dating her. She had a baby daddy too, caught her sending him money and clothes because he got deported to DR. I let it slide but she definitely kept doing it. It’s almost ten years later and I still get random private calls and I know it’s her. When’s the last time you got a private call lol. I know it killed her when I didn’t chase her and beg her to get back together. Her baby dad did this and I always told her that she enjoyed it. Some girls love when men beg for them and go crazy because of them. She was one of them and I refuse to let her win lol. If I talk to her today I’ll have the same attitude. “Yea wassup? Yea cool but I gotta go. Call me some other time!” One time she called and I know she heard the girl I was with talking in the background. She probably cried that night lol. Actually "no contact" didn't work in my case😔 now after nearly 6 months I'm giving up my hope... I'm still healing and thinking God removed them from my life because there was something else which I didn't know about...
It still worked because you walked away with grace and even if they will never admit it directly deep down they have respect for that. I'd recommend to put an own deadline on a break up anyway, like 2 months or 3 MAXIMUM. who comes running back after that much time only comes because they run out of other options and should not be taken back anyway.

I (30f) chased him throughout the course of our relationship in some form and at every turn this bit me in the ass. I approved of him before he'd proven himself because I was so attracted to him in the beginning. I broke up with him a little over a week ago and its been murder on my heart. I'm walking around with a hole in my chest because I still love him despite his lack of trying to prove his metal. I discovered throughout all of this that he doesn't love himself at all and has no real intention of loving himself, healing his past, or protecting himself. This relationship destrojed me. And now he is happy without me. He didn't text me or nothing. I'm nothing in his eyes. This hurts so much. Never initiate contact with dumpers just what coach Blac says on his videos. They’re the ones who dumped you let them put their own hands to pick you up. Let them dig deep where they trashed you. Let them pay their own consequences . Because you’re too nice they see you as clingy. Go back with no contact. Learn something new. Trust me he’ll wonder why he hasn’t heard from you. No contact work on yourself is your only solution
I've been through this too. If the stuff you left there is important go get it. Dont ask her any questions about her life. Every question she ask you keep it short as possible. Try to smile if possible even if it's fake. Don't show any resentment at all. I did this after my ex cheated and left me. They may ask questions just to see if you are doing better than them. Don't give her any more fuel to degrade you to her friends.

She was trying to get me mad by saying that stuff to me by saying why am I here and I got a little confused and I told her stop saying those things instead of letting her spill it out until it’s over in my opinion that would be better but I did this mistake and that’s lead us to a break up last thing I told her was door is still open she said mine is not and then I told her I respect that and everything is cool whatever you like and this is how it ends since then I saw her one time we hugged and she almost cried and she ran away. I know that she loves me deep down really much and it’s not the reason to break up because I said something that make her feel weird, I told her I admit I told her something not nice but I was truly sorry about it. I told her it was it came from anger and she knows it she just can’t let go of her feelings. I would really like to get an answer for that should I do the no contact it’s been five days now since

I reached out to my ex yesterday telling him about what the baby needs and he ignored he did not respond so I just let him be. I didn't shout I didn't make I unnecessary calls coz he had not replied my text.we hv been on 2 months no contact.

My ex reached out after 10 days of dumping me, to wish me happy birthday. I know he did it out of guilt cuz we were supposed to spend my bday together & cuz he knows how important that day was to me. I responded "Thx" 3 days later. Part of me hopes he'll reach out again because I want all my questions answered & I want to know that he misses me. The other part of me knows we'll never be friends in spite of how close we were.
