      @Miss.Florida.Winner As an attorney, you’re absolutely correct. File an IFP at the clerk of court, free, takes about 15 minutes. The respondent will be served a copy of the paperwork. A court date will be set in your county. A judge will pre-read your statement, review attached evidence, and most likely grant an IFP for a year. If the respondent doesn’t comply, a contempt of court will be issued and the other party will receive a warrant for arrest resulting in 30-90 days of jail. One can also hire a Lawfirm, free legal services online or seek a local abuse center for free resources and services.

      Ok so I totally relate. I had a phone stalker for the better part of 3 decades because somebody rich and powerful decided to focus his extreme grandiose narcissistic OCD problem on me. Not a thing I could do, until FINALLY technology outstripped his ability to find me because reliance on a landline was AT LONG BLEDDY LAST no longer a thing. No unlisted number was going to defeat his total obsession with stalking and harassing me everywhere I went for NEARLY 30 YEARS, folks. He's gonna end up paying soon enough, though, because of #metoo. People are finally going to hear about it as soon as my resources will allow. So yeah, justice is a very difficult thing to achieve in certain cases (once I even talked to the local police... about something happening from another country. Yeah. Good luck with THAT, right?) In short, I've been silent about it for long enough. So stalker stories have a particular resonance for me. Put them all in jail until they learn their lesson, please. 😑

      Edit: This is unrelated, I know, but he is a fully functioning adult human. I suspect him to be on the Autism spectrum, but I know he’d never listen to me, because like I said he’s following typical societal standards. It’s the social part he really struggles with.

      @spartan02elite 8 месяцев назад +1

      @mathiaswilhelm1902 Yes, essentially what I said. Stalking wouldn't be federal as each state would handle it according to their own legislation
      A good example would be gun laws. There's gun laws imposed by federal legislation but there's also individual state gun laws. You might be fine to have your gun in Texas and find yourself committing a crime when you drive into california with it.
      There's elements of Stalking that could slip into federal crime like kidnapping can become a federal crime but federal crime really is any crimes that fall under federal law which are laws imposed by the federal government across any U.S. Territory but states also have an amount of freedom to dictate state laws
      Also federal prisons are generally considered much better places to be when taking on prison time. Less violent and typically populated by career criminals, political prisoners, etc
      While state prisons are considered the worst but also better then municipal jail
      Edit: actually I'm not sure it has to be on U.S. territory for the federal government to get involved they may step in with international affairs or collaborate with international governments

Like if someone was doing a murderer persona I'm pretty sure that could be taken seriously, so where is the line, because stalking behavior is typically how that shit starts, same as "obsession". Love the videos August, you are wise beyond your years, I'm 31 and greatly enjoy your content, because you're real, and grounded to reality, thank you for not being a persona, it's easy to tell you're genuine and doing content that you feel needs to be done instead of just for views, that's why you have youtube success. I think its possible shes doing this to help spread awareness about how easy it is for someone to find out so much about a person based on very little. So many people post whatever they want online and dont think about how many clues they're leaving for someone to be able to easily stalk them. Not just online either. I've seen people lay their credit card on the counter until its time to pay while they're focusing on something else or talking to someone. This lady is going to get way more views playing a character that's a crazy stalker than if she just stated the facts.

    Actually as a work of experimental fiction/theatre, this is really good. A few years ago, monologues like this were super fashionable in local and student theatre, and now it's found a new audience online. I like it. (As long as it really is fiction. The fact that you're not 100% sure is part of the fun. Reminds me of Sebastian Faulks' novel 'Engleby', or 'The Wasp Factory' or something.)

    Even if it isn't real, I'm glad she's posting this. She's using her platform to make a good point- we need to get rid of the myth that it's ok to do these kinds of things if you look a certain way. Stalking is stalking, no matter the sex, gender, orientation, ethnicity, or anything. The behavior itself is not OK. She's sneaking in the point that "just because I'm pretty doesn't mean it's ok for me to do this." Good for her.

    Why not just approach him in the store and start a conversation with him. by maybe asking him where something he has in his basket is located in the store. Why stalk the guy - creepy Being followed can feel scary and unsettling. There's a big difference between that and someone simply striking up a conversation and letting you know they are interested in you. That's how I met my last boyfriend. We talked for a while, and he let me know he was interested in dating me , the feeling was mutual. I felt comfortable giving him my number. We ended up being together for over seven years. The key is approaching someone respectfully. If they seem receptive, great. But if they're not interested, it's important to back off. There's no need to be creepy or persistent.

    JUST WHAT..??? how does one even begin to have the thought to stalk someone, join a BOOKCLUB just to see someone. Has she ever talked to a person normally? this is so fake though- but why come up with this??

    • @JumpCutThis
      @JumpCutThis 8 месяцев назад +2

      No no, join a book club TO MEET HIS MOM. Like wut? Be honest, if your mom said ‘oh hai son I met this really cool chick at my book club! We love the same books, she randomly said she’s single, and since you’re single too, I think you should go out with her! HERE IS HER NUMBER!!’, wouldn’t you find that oddly disconcerting and raise some red flags? Like oh you met my mom at a book club and now we are going out. When you show up to the date you realize ‘hey that looks like the chick I saw on my street the other day?’, I can’t even.

    • @JumpCutThis

      Oh and I just thought of this but, you know how I know it’s super cringey clout chasing? She claims they live in the same neighborhood, but she had to peep his social media account, stalk his Snapchat, then had to look up every version of the street name on her Google maps that she just saw on a random street sign. Bruh, if you live in the same hood (I’d consider that to be like a smallish area) you should know where that street is without having to search the street names in your area. I definitely smell sheite.

    There's the regular type of "stalking" that many of us have been guilty of; such as creeping socials or "casually" running into our person at some place we know they'll be. That's all relatable. "I saw this chick commenting all over his ish, so naturally I had to creep her, too." Yeah, we get it. We've been there.
    Walking all over someone's property, trying their door, entering their home...there's nothing natural or relatable with that! Though I could understand if a person doing that was tripping balls at the time.

    I think that she thinks she's so cute and pretty that anything she does is acceptable and adorable. Problem is, she's not pretty at all after you hear her speak for 1 minute, then after 3 minutes you can tell she's crazy and unhinged. Pray for the guy and his mom that this is fake or their lives may be at risk

    making your bed is a good way to keep the bed bugs HAPPY and PRODUCING ,
    because the sweat and skin cells stay nice and DAMP ... UNDER THE BLANKET , they like that very much
    you ALWAYS OPEN UP YOUR COVERS and let the matrass and covers AIR OUT , so it DRIES OUT , they don't like That and they die instantly ...
    do not make your bed every morning , AIR THINGS OUT , it's just logical ... but then again , people are real stupido these last decades

    I have heard this story from several different videos where people read reddit posts. Although, each video is different. The lady either takes a picture of the guy and finds him through google image search, this one where she sees him in the grocery store, then the post office, and soo many more. The common part is her finding the mother and getting the guy's information that way having the mother being the match maker. The dog thing is new, as well as the B and E, and roommate. The last video is new as well. But the whole thing amuses me because this isn't the first time I saw someone use someone's reddit post as a script to do a multi-video on tiktok to get views.
