    25 pounds the walk up to the foul line 15 pounds Go backward back
    ( Weak Hand)
    25 pounds the walk up to the foul line 15 pounds Go backward back
    ( Strong Hand)
    Crossover the walk up to the foul line 25 Crossovers Then Go backward back
    25 Between the Legs the, walk up to the foul line Between the legs/ 25 Between the legs Then Go backward back
    25 Behind the back then walk up to the foul line Behind the back/ 25 Behind the back at Foul line Then Go backward back
    25 between the legs/ Behind the back the walk up to the foul line 15 pounds Go backward back
    2 basketball
    25 pounds the walk up to the foul line pounding the ball/ 25 pounds Go backward back pounding the ball
    25 alternating pounds then walk up to the foul line alternating pounding the ball/ 25 pounds then Go backward back pounding the ball
    25 Front Side to Side/ Window Wipers then walk up to the foul line front side to side / 25 Front Side to Side then Go backward back pounding the ball
    3 min. Daily Dribbling practice is the key to rapidly enhancing your basketball skills.

    I seen something that Kyrie Irvin did this, I do this with the Teams that I coach. Newbies improved a lot, and ballers advanced their handles. Some good stuff.🏀

      Yes this drill is great for beginners and advanced player to improve grip and ball handling. What age group do you coach?

      @@JustinRazz we only get 2 practices a week, so we get in as much cardio as possible. Was 3, but we’re limited to the Gym.

    what is the purpose of the bags around the basketballs?

      So that you don't have any grip of the ball and still manage to keep the ball attach to your hands

      The Purpose of the bags is they have no grip on the ball. It is hard for them and pushes the athletes to really focus on pounding the ball and keeping it attached.
