*Christmas Prayer* Ed Heavenly Father, I thank You for sending Your Son on one glorious night to be born a virgin, to live a perfect life, and to die on the cross for my sins. He rose from the dead three days later, and this Christmas and every Christmas, we can celebrate the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, as we celebrate Christmas, turn our hearts toward You. Help us not to get swept up in the busyness of the season and miss the beauty of what we are truly celebrating. Lord, quiet our souls and remind us of the gifts You sent that first Christmas-hope, peace, joy, and love-wrapped in swaddling clothes and laid in a humble manger, in Jesus mighty name I pray 🙏😢
