The one thing NA players will never understand: random teammates who at least speak english are a complete dream-scenatio compared to.. well, this!
Imagine being the NA player who for some reason because Riot decides that matches should be based on a location set in your account (that you don't choose btw) decided that they should stick you with your 150-200 ping into EU servers and then combine maybe 1 of my teammates speaking English and horrible lag. Yeah that was the start of me disliking Valorant before it even released fully.

Question to Jeff: how did you find the best sensitivity that you are comfortable to play with ?
Make it uncomfortable , so u can do one 360 from one side of your mousepad to the other, after a week, adjust if u have to, but only by a little. Keep adjusting little by little every so often until it feels comfortable
I'm not Jeff but I may can help you. In cs you need a sensitivity which works (at least in my opinion) like this: you need to turn a little bit more than 180 degrees when you move your mouse from the center of your mousepad to the right or left side.

Playing solo queue, I would say 1/3 games or so the team communicates in a non-english language (hard to say, because many games arepartially english partially another language, mostly russion, sometimes turkish).
That train game sounds like my sem/gn1 games i feel your pain (talking about comms not skill obviously).
This video told me i was so bad a month ago when i was a Silver 3.
