The core things that make you you were set in stone by the time you were 13yrs old. You are the same person at the marriage that you are when you divorce.
Nothing wrong with that. That is what the American woman does. The American woman is strong, the American woman is a career driven woman. The American woman sometimes allows the American husband to wear her bra and underwear while she wears the suit. The American household is built on equality, respect and role reversal, where at times the husband can be submissive and the wife can be dominate and they can switch roles every other week. This is the new way of life.

Bryan was Investigsted for insufficient medical records, excessive charges and unnecessary treatment by the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine in 2014 on a 3 year old. he had to pay a fine of $20,000 (including an out of court settlement and was court ordered to attend mandatory record keeping ethics (hiding money isn’t new to him) and medical ethics classes with a permanent record. Then he was sued by Allstate in 2016 as primary along with the other doctors at his chiropractor firm for insurance fraud. Shortly after he signed on to be a contestant on the bachelorette. Then after she moves to Miami FOR HIM then she moves to LA for work… he decides to “close his practice” (because he had trouble finding a medical malpractice insurer (and other firms wouldn’t touch him) and “decided to move his practice to LA” to be “closer to her”. The timing is too suspicious. So, yes I think this guy is a leech. Also, when you have been caught committing excessive treatment (violating the Hippocratic oath of do no harm) and insurance fraud on record and sued by a main medical practice insurer, California wouldn’t allow you to run a medical practice without medical practice insurance policy. He’s full of it. Unless someone else is the main doctor on record for the managing partner of the LA firm on insurance records. This is public record.

Definitely any couple should sign a prenup before getting married, you have to protect your money and assets. If one partner wants one and the other doesn't, then don't walk down the aisle
The same person you marry is the same person you divorce. People do not change who they are. Couples simply ignore things that could be major issues down the line. If they are bad with money on the 3rd date, they’re going to be bad with money in year 3 of the marriage. If she has anger issues 5 months into the relationship, she’ll have anger issues as she’s being served with divorce papers. If he’s fat and lazy on day one, he will still be fat and lazy when the judge finalizes the divorce. Simply stop lying to yourselves of force yourself to make the marriage work.
People do mature, change and grow. In this way not the same person. You can definitely be bad at handling money at 21 and good at 31. Regardless, it’s a shame the divorce rate is so high.
@ewright7274 I am much better with money now than I was 30 years ago. That said, I'm still that poor kid walking barefoot to school. Give me $1M, and I will easily spend $50k on bespoke footwear. My point is that people adjust to situations, but at their core, they are who they've always been.
It’s a shame that they didn’t last, they were one of my favorite couples. She’s not ready to be tied down and raise a family; she’s too busy building her career up. And living in different states was a big sign that they were headed for divorce

The order read, “[Rachel] is ordered to pay to [Bryan] temporary spousal support in the sum of $13,257.00 per month.” The judge did not rule on whether Rachel will have to pay retroactive support.
In addition, Rachel was ordered to pay Bryan’s lawyer $15,000 to cover legal fees and another $5,000 to cover his forensic expert expenses.

wow that's crazy Rachel such a good person to be played I never thought Ryan was like that
The prenup would not have worked for you. Because all your money came after the marriage. And you would still have to give him money
Rachel did not have a house before marriage. She is not being honest because all her interviews on JHud and other show she said all her success were because of Bryan being a supportive husband. She also without Bryan being there for her she couldn’t survived the flak she got with Chris Harrison situation. The initial marriage they were equal now she doesn’t want him to recoup what he lost financially moving to LA.
@@horacefletcher9510 regardless a man must be a man
@@horacefletcher9510 Yes!! So s prenup would not have helped her. As usually that covers the asset before marriage and inheritance from parents. So she may be mad and can say whatever but a prenup would not change her issues. Just do the split, split the money, and go. But it would bug me if he wanted alimony from her. This was self inflicted. She had Mary J. Blige, Wendy Williams, Sherri Shepherd, and Halle Berry as examples of the consequences of BW not having prenuptial agreements in place. She put her career first over her marriage,
Nothing wrong with that.
And the independent women picked him….

There were no assets to protect...all assets were accrued during marriage.
@@wakanda6547 Well, who said a prenup couldn't be drafted for future accrued assets?
90% of women wouldn't get married then.
I'm not surprised she didn't get a prenup. Her and her ex had similar salaries. Wasn't till later in the marriage that Rachel acquired wealth
It’s a shame that they didn’t last, they were one of my favorite couples. She’s not ready to be tied down and raise a family; she’s too busy building her career up. And living in different states was a big sign that they were headed for divorce

Rachel has a big ego and tries to hold on to things that’s not working which is why she stayed as long as she did in her marriage, ignored red flags, and didn’t get a prenup. I bet even after her divorce to Bryan, she regrets looking foolish and crying about Peter on the show. Peter was acting and never intended on getting engaged from the beginning which is why he’s still single today.
