That’s the bad thing about getting warranty work done somewhere else than where you bought it. They have to honor it but it won’t be a priority getting it fixed. I lost faith in them when you said they called you to ask for Fitzgerald’s phone number ! They don’t have a computer to look it up? Keep up the good work and Be Safe !

It’s ashame that quality has gotten so bad today! Doesn’t matter if it’s Peterbilt, or Kenworth, or any other! And when a problem does arrive, they give you “we’ll have to see what’s covered under warranty” when you’re looking at a brand new truck, that never even should have been a concern!

It is so crazy today, used to you could take someone word on things and a hand shake , but it all about trying to pass the buck on someone else, hard working people are what keeps this country moving ❤keep the hammer down Brother 👊

Amen, brother. The hard-working man always gets screwed. You work hard to buy equipment to work with. They promise the world to get you to buy it. Then buy it and they are what . O that is not covered under warranty. A month old come on, man. Hope it all worked out and they made it right.

Sad that you pay that much for a brand new truck and stuff doesn’t work. Take it to the shop and it sits for weeks. They don’t care that you are loosing money with it in the shop, but still have to make the payment on it every month. I say 🐂💩.
