Dr. Berry, you saved my life! I started this WOE Dec 14 2023 at 260 lbs. I had anemia as well as inflammation, low T,depression, bipolar disorder, adhd, boils/acne,on and on. I didn’t want to live.

Congrats!! I am so thankful for you and Niesha. It is SO HARD to weed through all the information that has been sooo politicized and biased and ignorant. You do your homework so I trust you. Thank you for being bold and fearless for us!! My glucose was out the roof (280+/ 11.5 A1C fasting) blood pressure was around 140/89. Six months later on Keto its down to 6.5 A1C and my bp is anywhere from 118/80. I am keeping on keto for the rest of my life and counting on my numbers to continue to decrease and transitioning to more Ketovore. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!❤❤❤❤

Hello Dr Berry I have been watching your videos for a long time and wanted to let you know that you played a huge part in saving my husband's life, you recommended a calcium scan which we both got and found out that my husband had a score of over 8000 and ended up having 5 bypasses done, we had no idea that he had this problem, no symptoms just a simple test that took less than 5 minutes.
