I tried this on my illustrator and my shape builder tool is not removing the edges. It only merges the insides of the shapes
I don’t know what the problem is

I hade the same issue but I removed the edges with shaper tool, click the 3 dots at the bottom and get the shaper tool from there, that will work

Rajesh Sir! You given this play list a title "Adobe illustrator Basic Tutorial for Beginners". But you did it very fast and without any sound. A beginner can understand only if you explain your actions step by step. This tutorial is very very useful but it become useless because of this. Please rearrange it with your voice. I have seen your other tutorial like Illustrator vs CorelDraw. You explained it very well. Believe me you will get much high viewership if you add voice. You only got 11K in one month. There is a beginner series on youtube "GFX Mentor" which has viewership in millions just because that is with voice and slow and repeated where necessary.

How you're duplicating the rectangle? When I tried to do it the 2nd rectangle is coming on top of the previous one.

Then

for Duplicate on the exact original object.
