  • Hey everybody, hope you're all ok. So we did originally book an inside cabin on the MSC Euribia (we even did a tour video of it)
Unfortunately we lasted 2 nights before we had to ask be moved!
We explain in this video why we moved and thought we may as well give a tour of a balcony cabin onboard this ship to help anybody who is going on the Euribia in the future and stopping in one of these cabins
Thanks so much for following along
    Hope you enjoy 😁

Good morning Stacey and Kev. Very nice of MSC to upgrade your cabin when you had to move. I find MSC ship's are very clean. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤

We were on the msc Meraviglia below one of the restaurants, first couple of nights awoken by loud noise we think it was a trolley being dragged along the floor above.
We complained and they said they would look into moving us.Got a phone that night a bit worse for wear.waiting in the cabin was chocolate strawberries and a bottle of champagne.
We packed up with the cabin stewards help, and moved to a better inside cabin.
Loving the bloggs. On MSC Euribia late January so watching your vloggs with great interest.
    Keep these great vloggs going.

Just wondering do you need any proof of covid tests or is that all gone now. Is it just fill in medical form before you board. Cheers@@OneCouplesAdventure

Hi we didn't need any proof of covid tests just the medical declaration form we had to fill in beforehand 👍

I have to admit that when I saw you changed cabins many reasons why, occured to me, Kev and Stacey. But it stinking of onions were not one of them! 🤣🤣 We're you above a kitchen? It was nice of them to upgrade to a balcony! Lovely room with a view. Now bring on the garlic! Not vampires are you? 😁😁

Stayed in 5083 last month - was great, 3 adults plenty of room! Only noise we had was around 11pm… tables and chairs being moved when cleaning I assume…. but most nights we weren’t back to the room before that time 😂

Looking at the deck plans, there's an un-named space on deck 14 above your original cabin, which in turn is below the kitchen space of the Marketplace. Good service from MSC, and you definitely scored a premium location on deck 9, let alone a balcony.

I am glad to hear that you could change cabin. My family was on the same voyage with you on MSC Euribia. We stayed at two balcony cabins at 14th floor. My cabin was directly below the curling. So you can image the sudden and very loud sound when someone is playing with the heavy metals directly above you. I did not ask for a change in cabin because there was a large note at reception that the cabins are fully booked and I did not want to be far away from the cabin of my child. Hope MSC will improve it as I have mentioned it in the survey.

Could imagine that was very loud, can understand not wanting to move from your child though. Thanks for watching and have a lovely New Year

Husband and I were on this cruise starting 1st Dec. We had an inside cabin found out we were under the buffet kitchens. It was so noisy like filing cabinets, being open and closed. The headboard would move when they slammed something in the kitchen. They did move us a couple of times late at night to other cabins. But we had to vacate every morning. Eventually, we got moved on the last two days of the cruise, but by that time, we were ill from lack of sleep and catching covid.
The staff we're lovely and did try their best, but I think MSC need to re think some of those cabins. First cruise with them and sadly the last.

Glad they sorted it for you too. Nothing worse than having a rubbish night's sleep when you're away. Gives you a bad start to the day 😒

Can you say definitely in your opinion, forgetting the routes etc, which is the best cruise company? From your watching your blogs and never having been on a cruise, P and o look more superior to me?

Definitely Princess or NCL, they have been our favourite cruise lines 👍
