I think a family coming from 2 different cultures is cool, I hear about families who’s parents have different religions. Or a very cultural woman with a laid back American or something. The way I build by things is by the eyes of the sims personality and what they would like, most of the time I do the one with more fashion sense or something but culture would be cool, little touches or something.
it'd be fun to see more homes for grandparents, or a young adult raising their teen sibling! everything you build has so much character & realism, it makes the game so fun to play -- kinda feels like you're on a little movie set lol

This video actually hits home with your backstory. My mom passed away almost two months ago and well, my dad has been struggling but giving it his best to keep my brother and I as comfortable as possible. So yeah it does happen ! Nonetheless, I enjoyed this build very much ❤️

I'd love to see some townhomes for different kinds of Sims! I have a few townhome builds I like in my save but they're a bit old--none of my favorite builders have built townhomes in a while.
This makes me miss playing the sims soooo much. I haven’t played in probably 3 years because my computer was too old for the game and it kept crashing and I can’t afford a new one 😭 seeing all the new stuff is so fun
I love that cube dresser! I've made my own using the modular pieces from DreamHome Decorator, but I really want clutter pieces that look like the storage drawers from that cube dresser in the toddler room!
This house is so beautiful...love the way you decorated it. A suggestion for a family...granparents with their newly young adult granddaughter (since teens can't have children) and her toddler child. They needed to come and live with her grandparents when her parents passed away unexpectedly during a blizzard. She doesn't know anything about parenting and needs lots of help.
I really like the bedrooms, especially the last one with the outdoors/space theme, it's super cute! :) Imo the black and dark colors make the house look a bit too masculine (for my tastes) but it's definitely stylish.
I think it would be cool to do an apartment/house for a young adult sim who's just started university, but their parents died so now they have to take care of their younger siblings (preferably with at least one child-aged sim). And I'm not just saying that because this happened to one of my sims and their 4 siblings (2 teens, 1 child, and 1 baby). As always, I love your build!
Could I suggest a disabled family home? Double wide doorways, level flooring and spaces with the chair pulled away are a few simple ideas for wheelchair accessibility.
Your story reminded me of Brandi Broke! she's from The Sims 2 Pleasantview , I'd love to see you make some houses inspired from the families of TS2 hoods.
Or what about also 2 Dads with the Same Jobs and 3 Teens? One is really Into Music, one is an Angel(very nice Kid) and one (Mabye the Daughter) is a rebel.
Fun fact, the tool mod does work for console but you you grab or try to move it, it goes back too it’s original form. So it doesn’t rlly work if you wanna place it somewhere unless you place the whole room where you want that one item then delete everything else😐 not the best
I would love to see a home for Adult foster parents & the children they’re caring for! Lots of beds, clutter & ‘mess’ from the kids. Maybe once the teens pack is out so there’s more decor variety for lots of personalities.
I wanted, so bad, to remove those overgrowths around the bottom of the front fence. Haha She’s a successful single mom and the rest of her yard(s) are immaculate so that was rather odd. She’d either have a yard guy taking care of the yard or have her older children tending to the yard work as a chore (I use Sims Realist’ mod for doing lawn work).😅
We need more builds for multi-generational families! I'm thinking an elder sim with 3 daughters, one who is a young adult going to university, one who is also a young adult and the single mom to a toddler and the older one who is married and has 2 teens
I said this on your CC channel, but you've built a couple teen mom/teen parent apartments where they and their baby moved out. But what about a home where a teen mom and her baby still live with her own parents? It could be fun to see you mix the teen's personality with baby items in their room.

Littlemssam has a mod for a live in maid and babysitter. It's a little glitchy cos they tend to disappear if you leave the lot. I like her live in store mod so I can have my sims live above their store. My sim has a bakery called Misty's Bakery.
I wonder if you could hire a nanny, and since they’re homeless NPCs, you could ask them to be a roommate, if you happen to have university. Also, I suggest a newlywed blended family, where the parents having opposing parenting styles but they’re deeply in love and want to make it work, and the kids are opposite and have to learn to get along. Think step by step or dog with a blog.
what about an older sibling (maybe young adult) who has to take care of their 4 younger siblings? for my challenge i made them all boys but the gender’s flexible of course. maybe they were just recently orphaned so they don’t have the means to a ton of money
I was inspired by the story... one of my uncles who is a seafarer died of heart attack while on board. He left his wife and 2 children (my elder cousin is a girl and the other one is a boy). They helped each other now they're striving. My girl cousin has graduated college recently. They survived each others company. Until now their mom is still single and breaking a leg. Successful in her career selling insurances.
My next generation is a single mom who is super into robotics and mechanics. She loves red and black. She has an infant daughter, and is in University. Her boyfriend/ babydad passed away. Would you up to creating a home or apartment for her with the newest packs and kits?
