    Nice to see that Cummins Industrial valve cover vs the Dodge Valve cover that this 6.7 originally came with from the factory

    How hard was this swap? Did you have to fabricate your own motor mounts or did you buy them? And did you have to push the firewall back? And did you have to modify the front suspension too. I would like to build something like this for my first truck

    Love it. Im about to sell my 12 valve swapped K3500 cclb dually and build a 08-10 F450 CR 5.9 or 6.7 swap.

    Would this have been a factory option on this? Or only for the F-550 to F-750?

    Where are you located and how do you reach out to your business? Do you do these swaps for customers? Thanks.

    Is this a hybrid? Meaning, 03 CR head with 6.7 block? If so, is there an issue using the complete 6.7?

    • @bauerenterprises
      @bauerenterprises  2 месяца назад +1

      No. It’s a 6.7 block and head.

      @@bauerenterprises Oh... so 6.7 tall-block with 5.9 valve cover and electronics. I am thinking of 6.7 complete and hope I can use the 6.7 computer.

      @@AlxBilt yes. The 6.7 valve cover gasket included injector wiring. It was prone to leaking. That is why the earlier style was used.

    Are you using the DCS kit?..... and is there any way to swap one of these fords without getting the check engine light?.... have seen lots of those 6.4 trucks with swaps and that damn CEL still on

    • @bauerenterprises
      @bauerenterprises  4 года назад +2

      You have to remove the LED. The 6.4 has way too many electronics on it to get rid of the light with software once you swap it. Most of our kits are made in house. The bell housing adapter was from DCS.

      @@bauerenterprises unfortunately I live in communist California when they plug in to the obd2 port even though the light is out it won't pass smog thanks for the reply

      TIM CANIZARES that’s easy... I have two ALDL connectors (OBD port) . One for the cummins ECM and one for the Ford. For states like CA, we just separate the Ford ECM from the factory ALDL and connect the Cummins ECM. Then when you plug into it, you are reading into the Cummins ECM. The dash light still must be removed... or if you are ultra particular, I can wire the cluster with a plug on the back, wire that to the Cummins ECM. That allows the Cummins ECM to hijack the CEL. More work than it’s worth for diagnostic purposes... but sometimes people need different things for their emissions compliance. The truck in the video is one of my personal trucks and I didn’t care. Everything else functions as it should.
