The highest malaysian indian army ranking officer is Major General and in Police force as Police commissioner. Current police commissioner for Kuala Lumpur is Akhtar Singh and the navy has a malaysian tamil doctor major general in the army medical unit.
The most senior ranked malaysian indian army officer was in the Malaysian navy he is Rear Admiral Thuraisingham (retired).
Head of Singapore army is Ravinder singh and Top Kuala lumpur policeman is Amar Singh. Sikhs are renowned all over Malaysia and Singapore but sikhs in other countries dont recognise them

Suraj Pawar , Sikhs are leaving their country because they been treated like 2nd citizens. Majority don't want them to live in their own country calling themselves different then Hindus and live with dignity. They keep cutting Punjab's area short and shorter so Sikhs. don't gain any power .they are scared of Sikhs, Historically Sikhs had protect Hindus and minorities from injustice. Instead of getting any credit they are getting label of separatists.Central govt. kept making Punjab weak to weaker, leaving no room for progress for Punjab . Sikhs has no other option to go outside countries to flourish . Anyway after 1984 genocide Sikhs don't feel safe outside Punjab. Where Indian government any time give full authority to the Hindu mob to kill the Sikhs.
Due to Govt policies and traiters of our own community,who always think interest of their own family and does not follows the path of our 'Sikh Gurus'.
There two types of Sikh a peaceful one and the one who killers and oppressed innocent people of Kashmir my family have personal accounts of the atrocities while there wearing turbans and beards. It’s sad my us Kashmiries
