CROCHET: Corner to Corner Border and Edging - C2C - How to Make a Border - Right Handed -Wendy Poole

❤️In this Crochet Video Tutorial I show you "Step by Step" how I create a neat border edge on my Corner to Corner crochet projects, that will both neaten the edges of Corner to Corner projects, plus also gives an edge to your work that you can then work into - to add any border of your choice.
🧡I also show you an optional very simple 2 round edging, to add on.
💛I use UK Stitch terminology and used (UK weight) double knitting for my sample and blanket along with a 4mm crochet hook, but this method can be used for any weight yarn with the correlating size hook.

Love this edging, but a tip - with round 1 of the edging, if you join the yarn into the middle stitch of any group of three you will always have 3ch around each corner, and the pattern will look more even.

My Mum makes a border in the same stitch all around.Three chains,3 double crochets go into the 3chain space.So the border ends up at a angle.It looks great.
