How To Measure Scoliosis Cobb Angle Without Complex Tools

In this video, Brad Eldredge, DPT, demonstrates how to measure a Scoliosis Cobb Angle the old school way with a ruler, pen, and protractor. This is a simple and easy way to understand the angle and get a good measurement.
This measurement is simple and easy and he demonstrates this on a plain film radiograph on a light box. This can be done with a printed image or you can use the same principles in a digital format.
We will post more information on how to measure some more complex aspects of scoliosis, but for now this might help you get started.
