Hi Mike! I woke up about 3:00 in the morning and couldn’t go back to sleep. I’m glad I viewed the riding shotgun. Thanks for the enjoyable ride! You are a dedicated professional and I appreciate how you and other truckers deliver to sustain our quality of life! In all types of weather just to get groceries to building supplies! Stay safe my prayers are with you!

Now why is it I chose Mountain Man Mike to ride with and subsequently watch over the years, even when I am not a truck driver or for that matter any kind of driver, as I had my license taken off me for poor eye sight? It's easy as Mike has shown over the years an educational side to American trucking that I never imagined . So thanks Mike and keep safe doing what you do best. from Aberdeen in Scotland I'm out of here.😂

Hi Mike my dad was a trucker for 40+ years and he was as fearless as you and didn't get into accidents either. There was one time we were heading to Tennessee at night during a Blizzard in Indiana and I was driving he was riding shotgun and the wind was blowing really hard north while we were southbound on I-65. Vehicles in the ditch everywhere on both sides of us I could barely see the road in front of the hood, all I could do was look out the window on the door and stay to the right of a hump in the snow because of the difference in the height of road and grass along the edge.. He turns to me and says better slow down before we end up in ditch, so I look down at my speedometer and we we're only doing 5 mph but with the snow blowing so hard it did seem like we were flying... LOL

Mike you couldn't have explained it better. Only patch of ice in 20 miles and didn't have the one ton truck in 4 wheel drive, fish trailed and instead of going south uphill, I ended up going north downhill after i bounced off an embankment and I wasn't driving fast either because the airbag didn't go off. Still enough damage to the truck and I have osteoarthritis, had 9 natural fuses in my back, now only have 6. My back is very sore and won't go away anytime soon. The truck is drivable and now it's in 4 wheel.
